To motivate my team I create a few emails on various subjects written from my point of view.

Then hold personal, no auto-responder, conversations with each person.

Advertising and a list of places that have worked for me is usually my first conversation by email, then offer unlimited help with any questions they want any time of day.
I create personal emails and text ads for any people who need it.

Once questions start to come in we discuss the answers referring back to some of the launchpads so they know where to go back for the answers later, instead of trying to memorize things. This is getting people to read them over and over, and interest builds with understanding, and then success.

To step up the success, I transfer a few downline over with each major milestone they meet, as My advertising often nets me more downline than I can properly attend to. This way I pass a few along to each of my downline, and them help them support their people until they are completely comfortable. They tend to learn faster and have more interest when they are actually answering other people's questions and learning as they go.

I find I remain more people when they see success a bit faster this way.

I don't think you need to convince people to join because they will not have the right mindset to continue.

You need to offer value up front for them to join your team, and they will then want to build the business and becomes successful.

One Example (and there are many others) is the
value in the products they can purchase for the same price or less than those they already purchase at their local grocery store,
but purchasing from themselves, offers a first customer and a start to a very satisfying journey to build a business.

Once you use and like a product or two, these products are then seen and bought by others you meet in day to day life at home and work.

Some of the products to consider are:
-liquid Veriuni vitamins that are more absorbable and easy to take for seniors, and people with sensitive stomachs, or for anyone interested in a good natural vitamin for their health and energy
OR
-products like non-toxic concentrated cleaners for a fraction of the price of stored bought chemical alternatives, attracts the attention of many health conscious mothers and adults,

These products are affordable and worth a try at minimal expense, thus creating a demand, and a good start to a long and successful business of good solid products to market inline.

This is offering value to them from the beginning, and then people then wishing to become Affiliates or just customers, are both beneficial to building your business, and potentially theirs, and likely the customers will turn into affiliates after a while as customers when they see the earning potential of selling online.

So please try to offer value to the individual from day one and not have to convince them to join, when they see the value you present they will sign up.

This is not a fast cash business but a long term growth and development, not a get rich quick scheme, so take the time to illustrate the value, and you will succeed.

The most cost effective way is to write your own ads and post daily. I posted 30 a day on free lassies every single day for 365 days.

My commitment to my business.


Now 4 years in...I have thousands and thousands of ads working for me...all free.

Now that I make a commission I also have added paid for ads, and purchased hits, but to get that first batch started it is strictly committment to yourself.

Get all your VP and attend to the site daily.....not weeklY, or whenever you want, be there every single day, post your ads, and be positive.

DO not gve u Neil you have dne this for 365 days and have seen results.

This was NO cost...but a lot of committment.

So that to me was most cost effective.

I did it this way and know it works.

DO NOT expect others to carry your business for you...advertise daily.

DO put on specials and send to your contacts, asking your upline and A2A friends to help promote

DO NOT take long to ship any orders you get...process fast...testimonials are your best advertising.

DO something every day.

ONCE you are approved as ECA you have a perfect setup to make money here online, and branch out and become a success at sales income also.

this is a great gift and opportunity to make money being your own boss.

You will quickly learn what works in your personal home town, and area, and what doesn't.

Try everything:

-putting up the flyers you can find on internet SFI web page

-Free classified ads online and even in some regular newspapers allow online submissions

-holding small group seminars illustrating on your laptop, in places like mom and tot playgroup, where you have a captive audience of people who may need the extra income

-getting tripleclicks cards online and handing them out, either through scanning and email, or scan and fax online, remember each is a unique number so use only once.

But certainly trial and error for ads using key codes, which is explained on web site was where I gained most of my information on my personal area.

Many people post the same ads and banners and this can work in your favour.

Once someone has seen something many times they are more likely to think about it and click it.

Or

Take any of the existing text ads, use it as a base and add on one line...test it with key codes...try again and again, tweaking the ads, and seeing the results in the hit tracker by using separate key codes....

Won't take long to find which one works...then stick to it.

Look online at other ads, copy and add in your information, trying that with kep codes and hit tracker also.....

It may be difficult at first to see if auto responder is working.

I never continue when I hit auto responders, because I feel therson at the other end truly has no time for me, and hence I have no time for them.
So I will not likely contact the person.

I think the way to determine if they are working is strictly time and volume.

If you get the response you want in 6 months, then you are happy.

If you do a test group without auto responders and compare the results, you may be able to determine if they are working in your favour or against you.

I would be tempted to wait several months to see, as in SFI many many people, auto responders or not, will never contact you, so I think it will Take up to 6 months to see if it is getting you the results you look for,

If they are anxious to earn, get them selling product, one sale equals one commission. That can happen on your first day.

My suggestion to start is a TC Direct product for new people because it has a long standing product like vitamins, or cleaners that is rarely our of stock, ships fast and so commissions arrive fast. Then branch to ECA products once you have the technique, because they are often one of a kind, and commission are after payment, and shipping.....and occasionally (but not always) take more often.

Digital books ship fast. Your commission will come more quickly on these products if they are anxious to earn fast.

Developing Downline can Start fast if you give them one or 2 to start, and show then where to buy them for $1 each from ECA's

Give them an ad with their link to start posting until they know where to find them.
