It is never a bad idea to re-assign affiliates, some affiliates will come back months later and become Team Leaders, you should not ever give up on ANY affiliate...and re-assigning them to your active affiliates gives them a chance to feel what it's like to be a sponsor while they are still learning how to recruit for themselves....reward your movers, it will benefit both of you!

The first thing you should do is establish a connection with this affiliate, message them, let them know we are real people making real money and that you're there to help them succeed!

Sometimes just showing someone you're interesting in helping them goes a long way, they know they're not alone!

To inspire a team you must be a good leader, everyone is always looking for someone to go to ... to make them feel better or to calm the frustrations when they come about...this has to be you!

Help your downline, set up contests, send re-assigments, acknowledge their achievements and share them with others, Stream Talk is a great way to show your downline that people ARE succeeding and that they can do the same!

Make your downline a part of YOUR team and they will do the same with theirs, lead by example and never let questions go unanswered, if you have an affiliate willing to ask a question you have to be there to answer them, show them you care about their business and they are a part of a winning team and help them succeed.

We're all in a sense part of the same team, and together we will all succeed!

Being a good sponsor is rather easy, lead by example!

Shop from your own store, you can't expect someone else to, if you don't yourself, show you have confidence in your business.

BE PRESENT! So many times you see that affiliates are asking for new sponsors, don't be one of these sponsors, when you find someone willing to work HELP THEM! Find the answers to their questions, if you don't know them head to the forum and find out!

Everyone is looking for someone to follow, to be inspired by, be that one that inspires your downline!

It's a shame that this is an actual issue, any good sponsor should notice a mover and any of their downline that is willing to put some work in their business and contact them and offer their support, if this is not the case then your actions should speak for themselves, send your sponsor emails, ask questions, keep showing that you're interested and you will be noticed.

If for whatever reason these methods still do not work, head over to the forum or A2A and get the support you need from there ... there are 1000's of affiliates that are more then willing to help even if your sponsor isn't.

Do not base your success on your sponsor....it's all in YOUR hands!

Do you need your own website no, is it better to have your own website, absolutely!

The advantage of having your own website is that you can design it as you want, you can put banners, choose your own colors, put BOTH your TC link and your affiliate link on it as well....also it's different then the same old affiliate link that EVERY SFI affiliate is trying to promote!

It's well worth it, and there are many places to build your own website for free, here's two for example.
