Does having a co-op for your downline help get them active and stay active?

If an affiliate is active, it is because he wants it. If an affiliate works, I help him in every way, even with coop. Working with the workers. Do not waste time with those who do not work.

1 - Learn work to do.
2 - Work hard.
3 - Help your Team.
Now that I have qualified for the level of EA what do I need to do to advance to Team Leader?

A good leader to become a Team Leader:

Do you know where you are going?
Do you have followers or a team?
Then inspire them regularly, by reminding them where they want to go, remind them that the road will be full of obstacles, but the journey is worth it because the goal is. Remind them of their dreams for a better future. Paint a word-picture for them so that they get excited again about where they are going.
