We are all affiliates here at SFI, some are old and experienced and most are new, including Sponsors and the Downline. We are all human. In my personal opinion, Rate your Sponsor with open heart even if he is not cooperative with you or even not active. Your good ratings each month will attract his attention and will create your respect in his heart.

Anyhow, if you like to rate according to a yardstick, I have some points as follows:

1. His welcome email to you with useful info, guidance, his contacts and availability .
2. Weekly TeamMails with helpful hints, motivations and important news etc.
3. Offering you good rewards/gifts on your progress.
4. Maintaining an active Leadership Page with contests, incentives, recommendations, tips etc.
5. Replies your messages/inquiries instantly and available anytime you need him.
6. Recognize and appreciate your hard working and efforts occasionally.
7. Always with you until you are up and running on your own.

Country/Region sub-forum is a very important and useful tool. Its proper use can help fellow countrymen to understand the system and move towards success:

1. Find out the teamleaders/active affiliates in your country (https://www.sfimg.com/Leaders/Country).

2. Invite them all to your country/region forum & make good friendship & understanding with them.

3. Introduce and invite all of your local recruits to the forum and guide them with the help of your local teamleaders in their own language.

4. You can do the same to your recruits from other countries to guide them to join their country forums regularly.

5. Try your best to be there and available to them whenever they need.

It is human nature to struggle for what he feels will benefit him. All successful businesses got an attractive Compensation Plan for their workers. SFI got a very comprehensive and practical Compensation Plan, excellent for all related.

First of all you have to work hard and get a prominent status and earnings here. Then you will be an excellent and real example to your group so that they will be excited about working and earning with SFI.

They will listen to you. Just explain all the parts of SFI Compensation Plan, specially, Direct Commissions, Executive pool bonuses, Co-Sponsor Commissions and earning through ECA sales/referals.

Tell them methods with which you got your level of earning here. Keep everything easy and step by step which they can understand and take action.

You can convince him by giving him different constructive and logical examples:

1. Laying down small bricks one by one wisely and as planned, ends up as a strong and beautiful building, home, driveway, walkway etc.

2. A $100 bill is nothing but a collection of 10000 pennies.

3. Saving $1 daily can make you a millionaire one day.

4. Be an example, scoring 1VP actions daily will turn you a PTL one day with huge earnings. Plus you have many PTLs and DTLs at SFI with 6 figure income.

For local ECAs I referred:

1. Initially, I spare time mutually agreed between us, to show/teach all procedures to create/manage ECA.
2. Once approved, I teach him how to enter/edit/manage/ship products.
3. I pay special attention to tell him about Terms/Conditions/Do's/Not to Do's.
4. After the ECA is up and running, I make sure I am available anytime in case of any problem/inquiry.

For overseas ECAs I referred:

I especially use Skype to better communicate and teach the ECA, all above points, using all audio visual facilities provided by Skype. I use mobile/facebook/twitter/email, as well when needed.

The best advice I got from my upline was to be persistent and never quit, be fighter not quitter. It helped me a lot and at any point I felt some disappointment, it motivated me. Even at the time I was really upset and shocked, when my ECA was cancelled, it relaxed me and encouraged me to be patient, learn from mistakes and take a new start.
