I tell them that SFI is the fastest growing program on the internet.
I give them a brief overview of SFI/TripleClicks.
I tell them that people are joining the company in record numbers.
I tell them that SFI will guide/train and offer leadership skills and you can earn while you are learning how to do this business.
I tell them even if you are new to network marketing, you can make a good living in SFI.

While you are growing, you maintain your downline, mentor and guide them and show them how they can earn and they in turn will propel you to where you want to be.

I use the blog on my LP to train people...to let them know what is going on and how it affects their business.

I garner information from the FORUM and from ASK SC, just in case they did not get to read them, or they missed something. I then explain the articles, or questions, and how it can affect them and their business.

You see if you explain to them how it will affect them, then they can see it in a different light and they can adapt what they are doing to increase sales and increase their downlines.

I use the RECOGNITION to honor my team mates, because they are my business partners and they need to be honored. They are working hard and we need to let them know how much we appreciate them.

I use the contest entries to get my partners on board in the contest so that they can win prizes and increase their own businesses.

I also like to read my Uplines messages and contact them, I copy some of their information and pass it onto my partners so that we are all on the same page...

Makes life so much easier having the Leadership Page....

I also use the LP for TIPS that might help my partners and I RECOMMEND to them what I know works and will work for them....I don't sell my partners anything......I show them what is going on in SFI/TC.....the final choice is up to them if they want to implement what I am doing, and follow my success at SFI.

The LP helps us as Leaders to be able to reach our people in a simplified manner. I can send one message via the LP to the frontline movers and get information flowing in a consistent and timely manner.

I use it to send messages and then let them know to go and look at the LP page...

This is a useful tool, if used right.

LinkedIn has several thousands of followers, from big business to small business owners and network marketers galore.

How does this affect us as networkers, we can reach a wider audience for one thing.

With the economy the way it is today,you would be surprised at "who" is looking to shore-up their income.

I know of several in LinkedIn and I have one client that is in LINKEDIN...looking for work-at-home situations. They have asked questions and I try to answer them to the best of my ability. I send them to SFI and let them handle the details.

I don't try to sell on the LinkedIn site, I just "wave the bait", and when they are hungry, they WILL bite...that is when I go to work.....

I think too many times we as little worker bees that we are, tend to grab everyone and say look you gotta see this.......when they are not ready! That is why we have so many inactives......

When panning for gold, you don't grab every shiny rock, you pan until the gold is there and then you lock it down.......

Same thing applies in our selling of SFI and our business plan....we must be discriminatory, if you will, and check out the people the market that you are approaching.

Do they even want a business, are they geared for networking, do they have any money!

Qualify the people and you WILL get the GEMS!

Using your Fast-Track lapel pin on your lapel, is a great idea!

I have utilized mine in a different manner, I have attached mine to a beautiful chain around my neck, and the reason I did this was, when people look at you the first thing they do is look at your face and then their eyes go to your jewelry....especially for women.

My necklace has attracted many more comments as a necklace than as a pin and I don't have to change it every time I change outfits, I just put on my necklace and I am ready to go.

People want to touch it and look at it, everywhere I go, young people, old people, especially women......

This pin has opened doors that might not have ever happened without my new Fast-Track necklace, so I believe that everyone should have one so that people can see it and find out what SFI is really about!

The question is good, however, it is not the number of people you sponsor, it is in the quality of whom you sponsor.

I always like to qualify my prospects, I don't like get a bunch of PSAs that I don't know and then beg them to work.

I go to all the social media sites, I visit and I write for some of the sites and that is how I get the word out. I also look for people who are looking for what I have to offer.........therein is the key........when you do that, you have got a new prospect/new customer......then you become a supplier, not just a salesman....

When you go shopping, what grabs your attention...look and think about what I just ask. You will be surprised.

You must get their attention and how you do that is find out what they are looking for, what they need, then fill that need and bingo! you have a new recruit.

If you cannot fill their need, you might as well quit wasting your time and theirs...

You don't fill their need with a bunch of words about how great we are....you find what they are looking for and address your presentation from that point.

EXAMPLE: If I approached you trying to sell you baby diapers, and you had no babies, you would not be interested. The same goes for the prospects you are trying to find...don't advertise in places where people are looking to meet boyfriends or girlfriends, look for people who are looking for work, people who are out of work, people who are retired, stay at home moms, college students, etc. the list can go on and on..you get my drift...

Give them a short intro...something snappy, something that will get their attention. Look in the marketing area of SFI and you will find plenty of short snappy things to say..keep it simple, is the key...whet their appetite...so that they want to hear more...then you settle in for the details, but first you have to get their attention.

An old farmer once went out to plow his fields, he grabbed a 2 x 4 and hit his mule up side the head, his son ask why did you do that, he said son, you have to get his attention first, then he will do what you want him to.

I don't suggest a 2 x 4 but I do suggest you get their attention immediately, if not you will lose them immediately!

We cannot GET anyone to commit to something unless they are committed to themselves first.

Committing to SFI is something that comes from within a person..they have to have the desire to better themselves, they have to want to do something other than make their boss rich.

We as Affiliates already in the business, need to make sure we have the proper mind-set to explain this business to others.

Everyone is not qualified to do what we do...oh SFI is wonderful, however, not everyone can do what we do. So I would suggest the following, first get their attention and how you do that is by recruiting one on one...I love to recruit one on one.

I find out what my prospect likes, dislikes, what he or she needs, what they want out of life and then I go from there.

I don't get my people committed after joining SFI, I get them committed before I sign them up, then you have someone whom you can work with, train, and show them how to duplicate what you are doing.

Good question!

If you don't have team members in leadership roles, you will not be making any substantial income.
It is that simple.

Just like a brick and mortar business, if you don't have good sales people, you will not have much business.

So, train your people to move on up the ladder. If they wish to succeed at this business, they must make sacrifices to get there. That means time and money, if they are not willing to sacrifice both, then move onto the next one......SW,SW,SW....Some will, some won't, so what, NEXT!!!

Do not waste your time with tire kickers....they will do nothing but drag you down...connect with your movers, support them, reward them and train them properly and you will build a team of leaders!

You can garner sales by advertising everywhere you go! That being said, there are multiple ways of advertising....in the social media, is one of the best places to reach people that are looking to work-from-home....

There is a growing revolution in the online industry, more people than ever are buying online, because of the time, and cost of gas, also, they cut out the middleman....you can buy cheaper online than anywhere else...

The best way to get attention to your gateways, any of them, is to have your own domain and advertise through it..........DO NOT flood the page with nothing but you wanting to sell. You need to fulfill the requirement of your customer..

Household items, vitamins, shampoo, household cleaners, coffee and teas are good items to tell your social media about.....however, you do that is up to you. I would suggest that when somebody in social media says, I wish I had a cup of coffee, or brb gotta get coffee, that is your cue, to step in and say here, have a cup on me!

Tell people what you do, but be direct and specific, don't just throw something out there and expect everybody to jump on it.....that is not reality nor is it pleasant.

I wait for people to say oh I like that...or I like such and such and then I suggest something...from one of my ECAs...yes, If I don't have it, I go and find it in TC and then offer it with my blessings, after all I will make a little and so will the ECA, if the item sells.

This is just good business. Help YOUR customer fulfill their needs and you will have a customer for life.

I think that this is a great achievement for the affiliates in SFI....we have struggled so long with not being able to relate to our friends outside the USA, or non English speaking friends and team mates.

I am so happy that we have this arrangement now for my people. I believe that hearing the rules and regs from someone of your own tongue can improve the quality of SFI and TripleClicks, and increase sales tremendously.

I am all for helping our team mates increase their sales, as I know Mr. Carson is also, that is why he has implemented this new "Language Forum".

Please let's keep it centered on SFI and we will be able to have it for a lifetime, it is necessary and good for the people as well as the company.
