Livechat is one of the good option to interact with your PSA or with your UPline.

Let me tell you where i have used live chat efficiently.

1. One of the best where i have used it when there is new PSA comes under me.. i immediately send message via livechat that " Hi , I am your sponsor, welcome to SI , First of all you go to "to-do list" and collect 500VP by completing Getting started actions that will give you more 500VP free for the rest of the work and Basic of SFI i will tell you in mail or message"

2. I have used it for some of my inactive PSA as well. when they are coming rarely i immediately tell them to which work they need to do further or which is important post in forum regarding them.

3. I use it for my upliner for most of my queries of ECA and other matters to help my PSA.

4. I also tell my inactive PSA about my contest via livechat so they can log in daily to win it :)(main intention is to make them active via contest)

4. I also use live chat to Congratulate my PSA and upline for winning of auction :)

5. Live chat also works as "offlinechat". Because when you send your message via it but before that your PSA goes offline it's been saved in his account and when he again log in its account he can see as offline message so in that way its also works good.

when you talk to any one about SFI/TC always figure out main points and tell them in confident manner.

Let me give you some ways how to handle it.

There are number of ways to get your affiliates active for doing their daily tasks on regular basis. I will be taciturn to give you main points so Keep below points in your mind.

1. You must make them aware the importance and various benefits of VP for their status of EA.
You should let them aware about that there are number of benefits if they do their regular activities as
=> If they do daily actions they will get free entry in Daily grand
=> By doing daily actions they will also get automatic entry of E365 for winning 50$ or 20CSA or 5TC or 100MRP.
=> Daily actions are free vp source to get it , so it must not be loose anyhow.
=> Daily actions give maximum contribution to reach their EA status and it takes maximum 10 minute to do , so why not to do it :)

After getting these much benefits they will never miss to do any actions.

2. If still they are forgetting to do then as a sponsor its your responsibility to wake them up.
what you can do is:
=> Take their personal mail id and send them mail in very kind words and ask them how he/she is and do some formal talk , it will create good relation as well.

See now a days there are many ways to earn money on internet. People in SFI who are well settled and digested the concepts of SFI will promote SFI to let other join. To earn good income people inviting their friends and family also doing advertising to many places. Now its not necessary that all people can digest the concepts and go with rules. All have their own mind, some people cant work due to personal problems , some cant give sufficient time , some don’t want to work more and want to earn huge income quickly etc. Even some times problem of their inactive sponsor. So everyday more than 2000 people join SFI but only 50-60 work on First day and finally 15-20 for a long.

Now what you can do is motivate that people who join under you and want to earn genuine income. You need to give them support by every means. You can send them welcome letter immediately after their signup which can give them very basic overview of SFI. Then you need to make strong bond of relation by helping them at every stage of difficulties. Because when this Strong bond will establish they will never go far from SFI which is in your benefit also. There are many things to attract your downline like Gift certificate, ECA program, Priceblander etc. So you can do everything to make your team stronger. Hope this information will help you.

It's too simple.

I am always using Gtalk for it.
If there is other email engine id then going for facebook chat.
Still more strong communication requires then going for Phone call and if phone cost is more for foreign PSA then Skype is best :)
Always be connected with Email 2-3 times in a week.
SFI also provides message service sometime i use that First because if PSA forgets to open mail but open SFI then he can receive my message. For instant Message service like immediately after sign up of PSA i use SFI CHAT service.

SO as the environment requires i am changing my communication service :)

Incentive : A thing that motivates or encourages one to do something.

So as per my opinion it is step by step process to give them different incentive at different Stage.

1) Sign up : When new affiliate sign up under you then 1st incentive is GUIDANCE. Guidance is main incentive at initial stage to let them know what is SFI and what to do at initial stage.

2) 1st or 2nd day : In 1st or 2nd day you must contact him via mail or video calling that what are the important points they need to see while going further like E365 contest, Greenline concept, Prizes of E365 and also about wave3.

3) After 1 week : Trust is now core incentive for long term benefit. Give your guidance and share your experience with them and give your trust in such a way they blindly follow you.

4) Good environment : Give them such environment so they get addicted to SFI and try to find out more than you know.

5) Prizes : Prizes are also a good incentive to get them at summit. Prizes like TC, CSA gives best thing to expand yor own business and also theirs.

This will my favorite question :) Because i love badges.

In area of growing team with preference of badges will be funny but it depends on interest of people's mindset.

Let me give you example. see if you have Degree of Engineer and same side another person is B.com , you both have spent same to time to get degree but when you put your name in resume you can say Er. Pratik Patel while that other guy will say Pratik Patel with graduate degree.
So at level of equality it makes difference.

In SFI you can encourage your downline first to get Fast track badge as its very easy to get , So never forget to mention in welcome letter taking 500vp in st 24 hour.
Immediately after that a2a badge and its benefits also. By becoming a2a member they can get help from different people by making them friends.
There are number of badges and their benefits .
If you make more VP then you will get badge of it to show your downline to make more vp to take bundle of advantage from Tripleclicks Executive pool.

Well My this new year goal this "MAKING STRONG AND DEEP ROOTED TEAM"
I can see that in SFI making deep rooted team enables you to have lifelong income by matching versapoints. Even my ability to get people understand SFI system is very nice so i want to use my ability to achieve my goal. I know this is slow process but I am sure it will gradually develop my business and will be very beneficial for future for me. Though it will take much hard work but i am ready for it because fruits of hard work is always sweet. Well I am I.T engineer and wanted to get admission in MBA(Master of Business Administration) in good B-School of India and then I will spread this SFI business by giving lecture and seminar to whole business school . Because i will get many Good business minds there. It will be easy to grow up my business their and will also have good reputation in my B-school. I am looking forward to ECA also in near future of digital products.

Everyone has their own goal to achieve in new year.

As per my point of view i will "NEVER"

Just think if the 3rd level person is asking for help and you think "He is of 3rd level why should i help him? "
But have you think that if you help him and he will become good affiliate and will get good PSA under him then?
There will be bundle of benefits from him to you.

Lets say if you are team leader then you will get Matching VP from him.
If you are weak in getting PSA but he might strong in getting PSA then he might be the main point to grow your branches of your team tree. Even he might become a great entrepreneur and one day he will be your GURU. If you have treat him well at initial stage then he will never leave you in future.

Nonetheless you can distribute work to your other good downline person if you have mass downline like if you have 1000 people under you and you cant help to all then you can make cluster of people and give them proper leader which is under your team. So distribution of work will be good key to handle them also.

Finally as much your team will grow that much your lifelong income will increase. So never make difference in supporting your downline. NEVER.
