This is one I have had great success with: "Roll up your sleeves, and let's get to work."

Be sure to follow with solid (and short) information, that will lead to you giving a few benefits of SFI, and then with an invitation to join you (or get further information.)

Let's dissect this one-liner. "Roll up your sleeves." This indicates you are getting ready to do something, like work. "And let's get to work." The reader is being asked to join you

I think I would first survey the A2A friends that have been invited or have indicated an interest in coming, and ask what they would like to see discussed. Those questions then would form the structure of the get-together.

You should probably do both. The experience will be good for you. You might find that you are good at recruiting affiliates. That's an ability worth discovering you have, don't you agree?

Embrace them!

Now you have people on your list that signed up and have not done too much. It's time to get creative.

You have the opportunity to experiment with subject lines, content, formatting the content, closing your email, adding attachments to it, offering reports, eBooks, or videos, and any other ideas you have. This is your "laboratory" (along with your inactive PSAs).

Good question! The best incentive to offer new affiliates is your time, attention, and guidance when and if they want it. Their choice. When they want it, get back to them as quickly as possible with the help they need.

You have been in their shoes. When they realize that you truly want to help them succeed, they feel confident that they can come to you with their questions, lack of understanding (they are NEW--this does take time, effort, and knowledge gained), fears, and successes.

Before deciding what you should spend on advertising, you should analyze your business and business goals so that you know where you want to take the business. You should determine the types of advertising that are available to you, both free and paid.

Great question to ask before starting, Rainne. My best suggestions to you are to 1) educate yourself on PPC advertising, and 2) track all PPC campaigns.

You can go a long way in educating yourself by going to Training -> Internet Income: down to "click HERE", and click. George Little has given us many sections of training on PPC.

First, here’s an obvious answer. Then, I suggest the real reason why you should keep everyone in your downline as long as they are willing to be there.

First: Why would you want to? You create a team message to go to your PSAs, your CSAs, or both. Does it take longer to create because it will go to someone who doesn't respond or do anything? No. It takes the same amount of time to create your weekly message/newsletter, regardless who you sent it to.

As a leader, or an aspiring leader, I feel we have a responsibility to assist those who ask us for help. It helps the person who asked for help. It helps us in our quest to improve our leadership. It strengthens SFI. If a leader does not know the answer, it is to his/her advantage to find out. When a leader learns and passes on information, many also learn. As a side note: You can't out give the universe. Yet as you continue joyously giving to others, the universe keeps giving to you.
