I would start even earlier on creating a niche blog to promote sales at TripleClicks because recruiting enough people to make serious money off standing orders takes a considerable amount of time and resources.

Every day the over 2 million TripleClicks members grows and each day the over 6,000 ECA increases, and the more than 100,000 products gets another few hundred items listed. And the millions of dollars in revenue grows. If I recruit ECA I could earn 10% of the CV on millions in potential sales even if I don't see success recruiting PSA. Each day my site is still in development I miss out on sending thousands of new members to TripleClicks which is starting to offer something for everyone and getting more exciting by the day.

Prices are getting lower, more companies are including shipping, and delivery is getting faster while fraud and inactive sellers are being stopped in their tracks and purged from the system. The servers are faster than ever and there are so many planned additions my mind spins at the thought of this potential.

Referring TripleClicks Personally Referred Members or PRM get's you 45% of the Commission Volume or CV every time they make a purchase for life.

For recruiting to SFI I would focus more on direct marketing.

I have added several hundred members by advertising in bulk and my best results have been with people I meet in a social setting, 1 on 1, or in a small group. They engage more, communicate often, and succeed in generating more than a few hundred Versa Points and gone. But above all I would focus on sales first so my team has a model in front of them that works and is easy to duplicate.

If the SFI site is down promoting it at that moment is not productive, but since it's never down for more than a few minutes you can take the downtime as a opportunity to check industry blogs, read the news and current events, or write a rough draft of this week's newsletter. I tend to blog about something I just learned before trying SFI again.

When you look at educating your mind or the minds of your team the minutes the SFI site is down will not bother you. Your team may not grow in size during those minutes but it will grow in strength, because you are leading the way.

It depends on if you are using you warm market, basically people you know and see daily or people you don't already know. Online or offline your warm market is less likely to abuse the gift, take advantage of you, or fail to use their cards as they will need to look you in the eye every time they interact with you.

Online or offline doesn't matter, those who will deny the gift or do dubious things will do what they do either way, but both media are great for finding that new found super shopper who is worth all the others put together. Christmas is less than 6 months away and even less time left before Black Friday so getting the cards soon is your best bet.

Being a leader is optional but being a team leader is all but mandatory for your long term success.

On the front end SFI has a world class affiliate program that pays commissions on over 90,000 products from over 6,000 vendors. Like E-bay and Amazon or other retail affiliate programs you can promote products offered on the sites through blog reviews and social media and with the right technique, a steady stream of readers, and time you can make $30,000 to $250,000 a year off sales commissions.

Some bigger ticket item focus and you might even crack 7 figures but if you only attack affiliate sales there will be little in the way of residual monthly commissions and once you stop working, most of your business will fall off until your income all but dries up.

There are actually two solutions to building residual leveraged income that will last past your last referred sale. The first is the ECA referral program which can be that boost from 5-6 figure years to a 7 figure earner and provide some stability to your income, but by large majority the best practice is to build a team of PSA who you teach to generate affiliate sales and recruit ECA and PSA of their own.

Building these referrals, the 5 diamonds in the rough is your greatest insurance for bigger paychecks and steady income.

When you recruit 5 and they learn to sell and generate their minimum 1500 Versa Points per month it's like having 6 of you making sales in your store. Train them to find ECA and instead of promoting to stores in 1 area you are suddenly recruiting sellers in 6 areas, and when they learn to refer 5 of their own who do the same they will become team leaders.

Just by having the 5 active EA2 members in your team you should make it to Bronze Team Leader, and when they have their 5 and become BTL it will propel you to Silver Team Leader, so moving up the ranks happens on autopilot. All you have to do is train you and then show your recruits what you do. It's not rocket science, and you don't have to invent the wheel, just repeat what your upline is doing and then pass it on down.

There is very little room for failure, and the process is only as hard as you make it. As your team fills there will be a growing number of people working your business long after you stop.

I saw a lot of answers telling you to keep it short, don't say too much, get them in for what they want to know and it's really sad.

While it's true that you have 3-5 seconds to catch a prospects attention and get them interested, most people do not have that short attention spam a couple folks with short attention spans warned you about. Instead most people have questions, and being able to answer those questions while they are engaged will determine the ability to recruit the people those short one line ads ignore or alienate.

Some folks around here keep saying that a long sales pitch never works but every million dollar product on ClickBank has a long sales letter, no splash page, no one-liner ads. They have instead information and it isn't all inclusive. It doesn't give away the farm but it builds interest and answers the most pressing question which is, "How will this help me solve the problems I have?".

With a program like SFI you need to be able to tell people about the extensive training library, or the upline, company, and forum support. You need to tell others about the income streams and how money is generated in the program. Others will want to know about the company history, and some will want a vision of the future, so no one ad is going to be perfect.

The solution is to create a blog with landing pages speaking to each of these questions and a central sitemap or index of all the FAQ items for those who have more questions than one. You can have info rich pages that highlight SFI as a solution to common problems, and you can have short splash pages for those folks with the short attention span who just want to hurry up and join or move on.

Basically your ads need to fit the audience and not a certain type of ad. You can have ads that are too short and ads that are too long so you need to constantly test which ads work on which traffic sources and use the right ads for the place you reach your contacts.

You also need to plan on what the person needs to do once they get the information they desire.

Do you want them to connect with you for a live chat on Skype or Facebook? Do you want to do a webinar or Google Hangout to walk them through the reasons to join? Do you want to feed them into an e-mail list and give them a training guide so they can get started fast when they join, or do you wish to depend solely on team mail to get the needed information across after they join.

Most of those options are called qualifying and they will reduce the total number of final sign ups but increase the average quality of PSA. The more you pre-train and prepare your prospects, and the more lines of communication you open up, the better the odds are of them doing well in SFI and becoming Fast Track members, setting up standing orders, and promoting their gateways successfully.

The friend challenge link is psychological warfare.

Most people on this planet are very competitive. It's our basic primal instinct that tells mommy bear to protect home and family and pap bear to hunt for food and defend his territory from dangers. That being said it's also fun as fun can be to have your best friend come play you head to head in a battle of wit a game of chance, or even to brag about your recent auction wins.

The thing to remember is that you can over do it and get into trouble sending the link to the same friend too often and if you profit from the referral and are from the US, Canada, or UK you need to add in a notice that it is an AD or Paid Promotion to fit the rules of our fine governments protecting us from not being able to tell what is and isn't an ad.

Copy your link and choose a distribution method. I love sharing on Twitter because the link vanishes from site instead of showing an expired link on my current news feed. On Facebook I DM friends and let them know the challenge is limited time so they have to act fast.

In addition to these links the other great option is Uber Leagues which run all the time across a range of games and sports. These work great to stoke that same competitive spirit and are longer term links you could use in a Facebook Page or on your blog. Once invited your friends tend to stay for the season on Sports related leagues and longer term on leagues like Card King and Knock Out Trivia, especially if you tell them about t-time so they can win t-credits to boost prizes and increase odds of winning.

I saw someone tell you that you can't contact PRM which is true for normal recruiting but since these FRIEND challenges are sent to FRIENDS you should be able to keep constant contact to remind them to play you again and again or get their picks in for this week's games on UberPicks.

The first part of getting PSA to commit is to realize that despite what many of these folks around here tell you, you personally can influence that decision, in the same way you can make a horse drink.

I hate hearing that saying, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink. I hate it because it's not true. If you make sure the horse is thirsty, to the point of needing not just wanting water and make sure the water is good and fresh the horse will always drink. They may not drink in the first 10 minutes, first hour, or even a couple hours but as that need grows inside them and they learn to trust the watering hole they will drink.

SFI is like the watering hole.

It's fresh, always something new here and it's good and reliable and all the things your heart desires are to be had if you commit. As an affiliate or team leader you need only prepare your prospects for what to expect, and educate them on the value, as the thirst that brought them here looking for a better life grows they will drink the water. They will come to trust SFI, and you their sponsor, and they will drink when the time is right for them.

I just had a PSA who I lead to the watering hole 10 months ago, who went inactive and didn't take as much as a sip of the opportunity, come back with trust and focus because he has been reading my preparations and coming to trust SFI. He did not drink when we first came to the hole, he took some coaxing but he signed up and he learned and now is really working hard to learn this business.

Make sure you open as many lines of communication as possible. Be consistent and don't try to force your desired result on your prospect. Just educate them, and show them how good your business is growing and they will come to SFI when the time is right, when they need to be here instead of just wanting to be here.

Recruiting people from all walks of life is advised. You can learn new methods and technology to support your new referrals, what you can not do is determine who will be a success in your organization based on their language skills.

Now here is the reality.

When you recruit people globally you will need to focus more on culture than language as most countries have taught English as a second language for a couple decades now and even a member who list another language as primary may speak enough English to meet you half way but because of this communications issue you might find that certain phrases and actions don't translate as well as the words do.

You can upset people in many places in Asia for example by being too aggressive. I have this issue and have sometimes offended our Indian friends and even the French in Europe. You may also run into preexisting bias, many governments for example put out propaganda that has people hating the United States based on what they see in the media. They assume all people in the U.S. fit the stereotype cast of us on their local news accurate or not. Being aware of this can help you guide how you present information which will go a long way in establishing trust.
