Very often people get into our type of business because we ask them to.These are usually friends and families.Keep in mind that you should not pre-judge anyone for the simple fact that some will and some wont.But the truth is they never wanted to do it, they don't see it, and it's considered a stepping down in their world. Support messages should be exactly what it is... SUPPORT. It should convey your concerns for their success, growth and willingness to help where ever possible. In your message you should always ask, "how can I help you. Is there any thing that you need with or an explanation for, or how is your business progressing?
