My most important goal has been to make time for SFI every single day. And not for just 15-20 minutes, but to sit down for an hour or more, to read things, participate in the forums, and work on advertising.

Without setting aside adequate time, it is almost impossible to grow a successful business.

What is the most valuable thing you learned in your first year in SFI?

For me, the most valuable lesson has been consistency. Only by doing things in a consistent manner have I been able to achieve a modicum of success.

I tried various 'tactics' and 'strategies', but tried to be too clever. In the end, getting back to basics is working much better.

There is a ton of free information and training within SFI, and with the forum support there shouldn't be much of a need to look for additional information elsewhere. For the more complex issues about

I like bringing up the idea of free training, along with the free to join concept. I find that people are more responsive when they know that there is a system in place to teach them. Also, I think mentioning the training aspect reduces the number of people who think that they can just do nothing and still earn money.

Which will help me the most in becoming successful in SFI--sponsoring affiliates or referring TripleClicks members?

Long-term, sponsoring affiliates who go on to become team leaders in their own right will give you the best results. Short-term, TripleClicks members may give you more return for your effort. Also, TC members are potential recruits for becoming good affiliates.

Which will help you the most depends a lot on you, and what you feel most comfortable dealing with.

If you want to improve the quality of your signups, learn how to do effective copywriting, and learn where and how to do paid advertising. So long as you are doing free advertising, you're stuck with the same basic math as everybody else who does free advertising.

If you want to attract a better quality of lead to your opportunity, then you have to pre-qualify your leads. You need to change your ad copy away from promising great rewards for no work and no cost, to something a bit more

What's more important--the initial contact with a prospect or the follow-up, and why?

The answer to this question would depend on factors that aren't given. How did you meet the prospect, why are they even talking or communicating with you, where did you meet them, what have you talked about with them, how well do you know your prospect?

You need to develop both your initial contact skills, and your follow-up skills. You need to know which you are doing, and act accordingly. Both are important, and one without the other is useless.

Neither. There are much better ways of spending your time and effort to promote your business.

The problem with both of these methods is that they have been flogged to death already, and the target audience is usually more interested in getting points to promote their own product with. The return on your investment is atrocious on a good day, and even worse if you end up paying for theses schemes.

If you had to start over with SFI, having the knowledge and tools you have now that you didn't have before, what would you do differently?

First, I would make sure that I got the Fast Track bonus, and I would pay more attention to keeping up to the green line. I would make sure that I got my 500 VP from bidding on Price Benders auctions each month. I would put in a standing order for 200 TCredits a month. I would be more careful in using up the VP available from the various one time actions.

Not really a lot of changes, just little things that would have saved me some money and aggravation along the way.

I think the TripleClicks TCards are a great marketing tool. To whom would you give the cards to and why?

I like giving the cards to people that give me gift cards. If people give me real presents, I can attach a card along with my return gift to them. They also fit nicely in greeting card envelopes.

Leaving them laying around at the library, restaurants, and other places, people can randomly pick them up and see if there is anything on the card.

Laundromats, job boards, and bulletin boards in general are great places to leave a few along with a notice about having an available

Which is the best option to qualify for EA each month & why? For example IAHBE, S-Buider or any other option?

I think the issue here is the idea of 'qualifying' for anything at all. Earning EA by buying a few things is not building a sustainable business. Buying things to get EA is taking the easy (lazy?) way out. Instead, you should be focusing on doing things that will grow your business, and if you happen to make EA or better, then great.

As already mentioned, you can earn somewhere around 450 points a month without buying anything at all. If you successfully sponsor 10 or more people who
