The most important action you should take everyday is to support your Movers.Use the genealogy to filter the Last Login in descending order and you will find those that are active.
As you equip yourself with enough knowledge at SFI as a Team Leader you may be able to help them improve or build up their VP.Check their VP Ledger and highlight areas where they are falling short.
Work with the workers and you will see them soon duplicating your lead.

The most important benefit I have gained from SFI is KNOWLEDGE that will live with me for the rest of my life even if I do not make any money from here.That is invaluable.Its like I've been to Internet Marketing school for FREE.
Besides I have made lots of friends worldwide and improved my Leardership abilities.
