I send the same information to my CSA's as i do to my PSA's like about pricebenders, leadership page, tcredits,w3 renewal etc.

My concept is simple "Treat CSA and PSA equally".
And the reasons for that are:-

1. Although the commissions earned through a CSA is less as compared to OSA but we all know that we can get hundreds of CSA's easily but the same no. of PSA's are really hard to get.Thus we can say that the majority of our team consists of CSA , so it is important to pay them equal attention as PSA.

2.I help and respond CSA's as equal to my PSA's and my rewards , contests are same for them,and thus i am getting almost equal commissions from CSA's and PSA's.

Well according to my experience,the best gateway is the "gateway ending with first".Here are the reasons for it.

1.The real and real 2 gateway are very basic(like the site has not been modified from years) and the first entrepreneurs gateway is very lively and looks new.

2.The gateway also shows latest earners with name and photo thus makes new people believe that this site is not fake and they can trust it.

Well i learned many things from my upline, but THE MOST IMPORTANT THING i learned was the way they helped me and guided me every time when i had a doubt.
Although i got some rewards also like tcredits,reassignments etc. but what really built my trust in this system and on them was the "SUPPORT " i got from my upline.
Some used to chat with me on facebook also, while many communicated through sfi mail and email.
Every time when i faced a problem, they helped me.And that really motivated me to help my downline in the same manner.
Remember , the best gift you can give to anybody is "TIME".

Well,according to me, this is one of the most important questions asked here,because whole system of sfi is somehow dependent on this one thing.."MOTIVATION".
Motivation to give your whole effort here.
What i think the best ways are :

1.Rewards,like Reassignments,tcredits,gift cards etc. but whatever you give them as reward, first, you must tell them their value and how they can be used.

2.Your time and experience . I think it is most important, because you are their leader, so you must know about your team and what they want from you.
You should be in contact of them, if possible by phone or email also.
You should tell them how you started here, what you have gained,what to do and most important "WHAT NOT TO DO",because this will save their time and money.

For example :If you tried some paid advertising from a website and it gave disastrous results to you and some of your known persons, you can at least tell your team not to waste their money at that site.

I think the best way , which i also did was:-

1.Taking guidance from your sponsor and other team leaders,as they are more experienced than you and can give you some serious help.

2. Contacting with A2A friends and asking them about internet advertising, if anyone of them is your good friend, he/she can help you a lot.

3. Last but not the least, checking out top sponsers in daily growth tab and contacting them to know how they get so many signups.
However, you will doubt that why they would like to help you, but from my experience, people here in SFI , are really helpful, and at least they will give you some guidance or tips.

First of all i would like to mention i am an indian and thus i am eligible to answer this question better than the affiliates of other countries.
According to me,here are the best options:-

1.Credit card- It is the simplest method and all indian banks support online payments through credit card.

2.Paypal-It is obviously one of the safest methods to purchase anything online or receivig payments,but it charges some extra fee for currency conversion from indian rupee to US dollar and thus costs some extra money.Also, you need to add credit card details in your paypal account to do purchase here.You cannot use debit card in paypal.

There are some other websites also like liberty reserve ,payza etc. but in my opinion paypal is best than other websites.

3.Debit Card-The online payments facility through debit card is available to some banks only in india.You may have to go bank to activate it.However there will add some charges everytime when you do a purchase here but that will be less than the paypal's fees so it is also affordable and good.

I dont think there is any advantage or benefit in getting non-active, reassigned affiliates because you have to really work hard on them to make them active.

However if you try to join some new affiliates , then it is easy to motivate them as this is new for them but those people who have already quit or never login here , it is very very difficult to motivate or convince them to do some work.

Dont waste your energy and time for some people who are not serious about this.

These are the best offline methods according to my experience:-

1.Direct method: By meeting and telling someone about sfi face to face,like your friends, family members, neighbours etc.This is the best method.

2. Indirect method: By advertising in newspapers, radio etc.

SFI has provided us many tools for doing that , the best one is gift card.
You can give it to any one anywhere and it looks really cool.

Yes i have used it many times and i am happy to say that i always got good results.
But the main thing is how and when to use it.

1. Do chat with the team mate u know already like your friends,family,classmates,office mates etc. It will ensure them that you are active here and giving right guidance.

2. Sometimes initiate chat with those who are new and doing extremely good or those who have joined earlier but trying after gap of some months.This will make them believe that you are always by their side and ready to help them.

3. Many times you will find some team member asking question through chat,answer their questions through chat only because many members dont read their inbox much but this live chat option blinks always when their is a message,so they will read your sponsor and it will create a better bond in your team.

4. You can also use this feature to message some one personally in your team like to congratulate them for becoming TL, or ECA etc.

For maintaining the rank of BTL you require 3000vp out of which min. 1500 vp and max. 2000 vp must be from sales/purchases.Here is how you can maintain it every month:-

1. 330 vp from daily tasks.
2. 152 vp from weekly tasks.
3. 10 from monthly sponsor ratings.
4. 1500 to 2000 vp from purchases/sales.You can set up a standing order for this ,the best one is IAHBE or 200 TCREDITS PACK.
If you purchase 200 tcredits pack,you can yse them in auctions and can get 200 vp from them also.Or you can purchase other items and will get vp for purchasing them as well as 25 vp per review.
5. Also try to submit answers in ask sc and can earn extra points if your answer is in top 3.
All these constitute to maintain 3000 vp every month but never forget to update your leadership at least 3 times a month and have a min. 3 star rating as a sponsor because these are also required in maintaining BTL.
