1.Motivate them,tell them why its important to earn 1500 vp per month and how easily they can get it,its benefits and give your example how you get it.

2.Introduce contest every month so that they feel interested in coming daily here and earning points.
Tell them the benefits of being a wave3 member ,i personally give free wave3 membership to all who make 1500 vp in a month.

3.Tell them the free advertising methods like social networking,blog,emails etc to add more and more members under them.

4.Always try to connect with them personally on email or at phone also,this will ensure them that you are really willing to help them and this will encourage them for sure.

5.Also give them some tcredits or gift certificate if you see your psa working hard,so that they can make their first purchase and let them understand how it works here,then they will try to earn tcredits on their own.

6.Also encourage them to become ECA,which is absolutely free and will help them to make some income.

Well,according to me, this is one of the most important questions asked here,because whole system of sfi is somehow dependent on this one thing.."MOTIVATION".
Motivation to give your whole effort here.
What i think the best ways are :

1.Rewards,like Reassignments,tcredits,gift cards etc. but whatever you give them as reward, first, you must tell them their value and how they can be used.

2.Your time and experience . I think it is most important, because you are their leader, so you must know about your team and what they want from you.
You should be in contact of them, if possible by phone or email also.
You should tell them how you started here, what you have gained,what to do and most important "WHAT NOT TO DO",because this will save their time and money.

For example :If you tried some paid advertising from a website and it gave disastrous results to you and some of your known persons, you can atleast tell your team not to waste their money at that site.

There are many things that you can offer to new affiliates.
But the most important thing you must give is your guidance,your time and your experience.
Stay with them whenever they need you,answer their questions and share your experience.
You can tell DO's and DONT's based on your experience.
Also try to know about your affiliates,their financial conditions so that you could help them in best possible way.
And SFI has already provided many things to launch new affiliates but the only thing that matters is understanding SFI,it takes time,so you help your affiliates in understanding this system faster.

Yes i have used it many times and i am happy to say that i always got good results.
But the main thing is how and when to use it.

1. Do chat with the team mate u know already like your friends,family,classmates,office mates etc. It will ensure them that you are active here and giving right guidance.

2. Sometimes initiate chat with those who are new and doing extremely good or those who have joined earlier but trying after gap of some months.This will make them believe that you are always by their side and ready to help them.

3. Many times you will find some team member asking question through chat,answer their questions through chat only because many members dont read their inbox much but this live chat option blinks always when their is a message,so they will read your sponsor and it will create a better bond in your team.

What i think is its upto you that how do you present SFI/TC to anyone.This depends on you yourself satisfied or not,how much experienced you are so that you can answer each and every question of anyone who you are telling about SFI/TC.
You have to give your example to make believe at you because their first question will be "how much you earn?",but you have to answer wisely telling ech and every aspect of SFI/TC.

Well its an intelligent question i must say.
Everything depends on whats your locality,where you live,like in my country there are many shopkeepers with small businesses but its not feasible for them to send products anywhere in the world.
So what you must consider is:

1. If the shopkeepers around you can send product anywhere in the world then just tell everything about tripleclicks,how they gonna get benefits,commisions etc.
Tell them the no of people who have joined here.
Tell them its like "AN E-MALL WHERE YOU CAN OPEN A SHOP FOR FREE"
In this businesses like digital products,books etc can be promoted.

2. If its not feasible for them to ship all around the world,let them know that they can ship in their own country only.
Like electronic items,mobiles etc.

If they cannot send them outside the city then its useless to send them ECA postcards because tripleclicks is famous for its all around the world shopping,so just concentrate on only those shopkeepers who are able to ship at least in their country.

Thats a perfect question in this month of year.
It depends on individual that what is a good goal for him or her because everyone has different limitations and resources.
Like for some person 100,000$ is a good income but for some even 10,000$ is enough so never compare your goal to others,but in a general way here are the points that you must look out before setting a aim.

1. Understand all the sfi basics as soon as you can but it will be better if you take help of some experienced person because you will learn fast then. After understanding basics,set your aim with resources you have.

2. After that you should check out tripleclicks,how it works and what you can do there.
Like ECA program,Pricebenders,Commisions etc.

3. Also look out for w3 program and its benefits.

After completing these steps,set your aim which you gonna achieve this year and as i said "do not compare it with others".Also give proper time to these steps , you will achieve your aim faster then.

Its a nice question because contests are really required to build a good and "ACTIVE" team.
Based on my own experience,here are my points:-

1. Tcredits are the best aoption for the contest.But you must have to tell them the importance and use of tcredits.

2. Reassignment of psa's are also good for any contest but it is important that you must give some active psa's to them unless they will not show intrest whenever you again put a contest.

3.Gift certificate also encourages them to earn more and more vp.

Also you should try some extra things to increase their involvement like giving W3 membership to all those who get EA status,giving some extra tcredits or some bonus to those who become TL etc..
