How do you make SFI not be overwhelming for yourself and team members?

Each and every person has there own limitations.

Best thing is that at SFI, we are provided with multiple ways to be successful.

If someone is good in sales, he can generate sales and earn direct commissions and also can maintain his rank.

Similarly , If someone is good in sponsoring , he me introduce large no. of affiliates to SFI and earn from there activity and can easily maintain his own rank.

I feel , showing your own achievement's is only way.

We have affiliates from different countries ,from different walk of life and with different culture and attitude.

I always add my team members to my Facebook friends list and I always share my and my team's achievements on Facebook.

If someone has decided to quit SFI, it's difficult to convince them at that point of time.But being in my Facebook friend's list and regularly getting updates of my and my team's success

What is the best way to learn (after SFI training) about advertising using the internet when you are a complete novice?

Being novice and still in learning process, I started searching for free classified sites in google and yahoo.

It became a routine for me to choose any 1 Free Classified Site and post my Ad there.

No result for few weeks . But after that I started getting few sign-ups daily and the process is still on.

I never spend a single dime but gradually my team is growing and growing fast now.

Nice question...

I never try to go with everything what's written in Compensation Plan. Better make it even simpler so that new member's don't get overwhelmed . Once they become familiar with SFI and it's plan , they themselves can go through every aspects of the business or when I feel they are ready for next level, I myself inform them about other aspects of the business.

For New bee's, I only inform them about 1st four points of Compensation plan:-

Responsive and supportive Sponsor is an added advantage in SFI business ,but relying too much on your sponsor is no good.

Your success depends on your own activity . Just focus on your goals and no hurdles can ever stop you from achieving your goals .

Yes ,we all need timely support and guidance ,but for that SFI provides us with all round support with all the training materials ,Upline Team Leaders ,24 hours support desk ,Ask SC and above all FORUM ,where any one can get intent

My Sponsor according to me is not one person but all the regular member's of SFI Forum. Thank's all of you ,whoever takeout there time and post such wonderful topics or reply to them.

By reading Forum Post's regularly, I learned that I should login daily to SFI Homepage and complete my all regular activities such as Daily, Weekly and Monthly activities.

I simply did that and slowly I got into the right track. I never tried to rush to success ,rather I tried to understand SFI

It's the most important and toughest part of our SFI business. but let's take it as a challenge .

Best and easiest way to motivate team member's is by achieving success and to lead by example. Achieving success brings self confidence and that is reflected in our communication with our team member's.

Again achieving success gives us new badges which are seen by our team members and they get motivated from badges too.

Being Free to join, attracting people to join is not a big issue. We all are getting large no. of affiliates daily.

Actual work begun after joining. It's a tough job to get those new members going.

Every methods ,such as PSA Reassignment, TCredit transfer or some other methods know to us work's to motivate them to start moving.

Best I can advice is to issue him a $2 Gift Certificate and advicing him to place an order for wave 3 starter kit.

Once he becomes wave 3 member , he will be assured of 5 Tcredits and 50 MRP every month.

And accumulating those tcredits and MRP's for few months and then using them precisely to his benefits , he may start growing rapidly towards success.

As a team leader ,we need to guide our affiliates to success.This should be the utmost thinking of the team leader.

In the process ,if you think that a small investment by the affiliate will benefit him ,advice him accordingly .Affiliates who are serious to succeed with SFI will surely follow your honest advice.
