This is a great question that deserves a good answer.

What you need to convey is a W.I.N. mentality.

W. is for asking prospects or new affiliates what they want. Find their true challenges, their pain, and true needs.

I. is for invitation to an event. Ask what a client needs. What is their pain, tell them you have a solution. Get a commitment and follow-up. Follow-up a week before an event and the day before. OFFER TO WITH THEM!

N. is for integrity and

An affiliate logs in after a long period of inactivity. Should I acknowledge this? And if so, what should I say?

The reason an affiliate who logs in after a long period of activity could be very different.

No matter what the reason, I would definitely want to contact this affiliate and encourage them to continue with my support. Show you care first.

Assume they are still very interested in SFI. It is more than likely that they are. Talk about all the new positive changes and ways to earn by taking advantage of them. Find out what interests them and what their goals are.

Maintaining and boosting momentum in your team is extremely important, so this a great question.

First and most important is to focus on your team members, both PSAs and CSAs. Let them know you care by helping them to set and reach their monthly goals. Keep them informed of the opportunities like the new Fast Track and New Member Pack, and the ways to earn VP and MRP to use to earn even more points. For example, there is an MRP store at TripleClicks or you can purchase PSAs with Member

Great question!

The most important message to convey is to show you care. Try to get to know them personally. You can do this by email and/or e cards on a regular basis. If they want to Skype, that's okay, but don't spend too much time. Remember that you are their role model. If they think they have to spend a lot of time in conversation, they may give up. Instead, show them how much fun it can be playing free games and earning at the same time. Be excited yourself and share your own successes!

This is a great question. It depends on whether this is your first month after becoming an EA or higher, your first month in the business etc. If you are just starting, do "Start", "SFI Basics", "Launchpad" and especially Daily Actions.

Once started already, this is what you could do for maximum benefit:

1. Go to you To-do-list or your Alerts page and do four things.

- Rate your sponsor, 10 VP and

The best way to start building your SFI Team is by sponsoring affiliates and duplication. Learn all you can on the SFI site and follow your sponsor's instructions. Teach your team the same. Invest a little money if you can, or at least reinvest your earnings into your SFI business.

Affiliates can be PSAs (personally sponsored affiliates), CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates), ECAs (e-Commerce Affiliates), PRMs (TripleClick's affiliates), or Wave3 Affiliates.

PSAs: Sponsor people you

I'm assuming that we are talking about SFI affiliates. Of course, they may also be E-Commerce affiliates, TripleClicks affiliates (bidding at Pricebenders and buying and selling products), a Wave3 member, and IAHBE monthly subscriber.

Personally I use all forms of advertising and even purchase affiliates and/or bid on them at our penny auction. Their are free posters that you can print off for free, SFI, TC, and Wave3 cards, postcards, and gift cards.

To win the Gold Streak Game:

- enter as many times as you can.

- Answer the Survey Questions on your To-Do-List under the Daily Tasks. They are directly related to the Eager Zebra Gold Streak Game.

- Use your 'passes' if you really don't have a clue what the answer is. Wait until near the end because it goes from 2, to 3, to 4 possible answers to choose from.

What are the best ways to get AVP (Action VersaPoints)?

In the first month of SFI many new affiliates use up most of their “one-time action versa points” (AVP). Of course it’s great to get 500 VP in the first day for the 200 VP bonus. However, to be an EA every month all you need are 1500 VP of any kind.

Sales VP (SVP) are for buying and selling items at the TripleClicks Store. You can earn 1 AVP every day for just looking through the TC Store.

Something you will really need to earn AVP in SFI are TCredits. Why not get

How do you manage a large, active downline? How do you provide personalized attention for everyone?

This is a really good question. The answer will be different for everyone. It depends on whether or not you have Team Leaders with their own large downline, how many first line PSAs you have who are Team Leaders or EA2s etc.

Personally I have a huge downline. The most active ones are PSAs level two and down and CSAs. The reason is that I help everyone as personally as possible. ECards are very useful. I copy and paste welcome letters and training to new affiliates, and for other things,
