I certainly don't think you have to do that. Its like intervening in their own business. While you could make your downline part of your co-op, it would a kind of lordship over them to force them to do what might not be their goal. You could advice them and again its for them to take it or not. I have 10 of my downline that have not visited SFI since they enrolled over 3 weeks ago.Setting up coop for them would be for someone that has not even gotten started.

This is a very interesting question. The ways you can get them to understand SFI are:
a. Have good knowledge of SFI yourself.
b. Communication. This must be regular.
c. Training on how they could start accumulating VPs.
d. Be truthful to them.Do not tell them they can get rich overnight in SFI.
e. Encourage them.
f. Tell them they must spend time doing their business in SFI.
g. Tell them actions on the "To Do List" must be carried out daily.

I was not led to this site by anyone. So I lacked lots of knowledge about SFI.However,I needed to study how the system works by devoting time and resources. I was excited about doing well and attaining VPs that qualified me to round 6 in my first one month here. However,my turning point was when I won $50 today. It therefore means that I could have a monthly income of $500,000 per month from SFI.
Aim High. Dream Big.

I would rate myself quite high but would not have to exaggerate my performance here. This is because like my PSAs I am still in the learning process. However, my PSAs will rate me better than I would rate myself because of the following:
a. I am doing very well in SFI won $50 today....and Daily Grand Winner.
b. Among the first 200 with the highest VPs in October.
c. Communicate with my PSAs regularly.
d. Train them on how to increase their sales and VPs.
e. Encourage them
