I agree with many of the thing said already. But to summarize:
1. SFI email should be whitelisted (so shoud your email but never sure) so it is more likely to get through with out being trashed as spam.
2. Personal email allows links. I often send new people links to get them qualified quickly.
3. New people know how their own email works but may not be looking at the mail link in SFI.
4. I use email to build personal connection, personal information. I use team mail for specific work actions.
5. In the end I am glad we have both, both have their usefulness.

A danger is that we pick out the Banner we like instead of seeing it from the eyes of our clients. One thing I have done is print out a page with 5 banners on it. Copy that page 10 times. Then I ask 10 friends to rate the banners from 1-5 the best being 1. Are you advertising SFI Affiliate opportunity or TripleClicks? Lets say it is the Affiliate op. I ask 5 friends that are of a character I would work well with and who would be hard working in the system. And then I ask 5 random friends. Say it is the Triple Clicks. I ask 5 people who use the product already (but not from TC) and 5 random people.

I explain, "I am doing some online product marketing and would like your opinion." Then I give them the sheet and ask them to rate it. A collateral benefit is I almost always ge to explain the opportunity.

I am 3 days with SFI and have not done this in this venue yet. But it has worked well for me else where.

I am not sure I can add more, this is a great question, but the person with the best strategy is not going to tell us. He/She is using that strategy.

But it is luck, timing, patience and discipline. Stay in your budget to loose. Do not et caught up in the emotion only to loose at a high cost.

Luck: several times I have watch an auction and saw an auto bidder in control, timer goes to 1 5 people bid to keep the auction from closing, then it happens again, same five people save the auction from closing. Then again. Then it goes to 1 second, going once going twice gone. Every one of the five chose not to bid at the same time. Luck.

This is something I am trying. I will let you know the results if you are interested.

I sent the message below to all the people from on country in my organization.

I went to A2A, clicked the search Button. Searched on Country I wanted, and sorted by Last Login. The result was every SFI person in that country and the most active first. I then looked for someone who looked successful based on rank. Then I went to the profile to see if they had badges that would motivate my people. I friended him and asked if he would help my people in his country. He said yes.

Then I went to genealogy,clicked the geography tab in the second filter button I filtered by country and got 75 affiliates. Then clicked "Send an email to this group of 75 affiliates" sending this:

~FIRSTNAME~

I have 75 affiliates in my organization who are from your country. of this 75 only 13 have scored any points here in February. Why?

Is there a unique struggle for you to succeed here at SFI? Is it just a cash flow problem? What might it be?

Well I met a good man, HIS NAME, who is from your home country. He is a Gold Team Leader. He has been in the business since Dec 2012, only a couple months, but is very successful already.

I have asked and he has agreed to help anyone who seeks his advice.

May I suggest you connect with him in A2A. To do so go to your A2A tab. You must first register to be an A2A user, if you haven't already. You will get 60 points for just that.

Then in A2A, Click the search button. On the page that comes up type into the User Name block HIS NAME, scroll down and click search.

Then you will see HIS profile picture, click on it and his Profile snapshot will open with an option under his picture to be his A2A friend.

Once you are friends you can do this same thing and under the profile picture will be a button that says, "send a message". Introduce yourself and get the help you need.

Get all the help you can to reach your goals. Do not let anything stop you.

I reward both PSAs and CSAs but not always the same. I use one of my co-ops to get sign-ups (PSAs) for my PSAs. Each PSA that reaches EA status joins this co-op as a result of that achievement alone. They pay nothing to be part of my co-op. If my PSA quits in the future, their downline rolls up to me. If I did the same for my ECAs and they quit I would loose the downline too.

But other than this I engage all my ECAs equally with my PSAs. We are all in this together. I connect and help anyone in SFI who wants help, like through A2A, because the more Triple Click sales achieved company wide is shared with all those in the Executive Pool. The success of one is the success of all.

Then I tell them, especially if they are Fast Trackers, that I will add them to my Co-op as soon as they hit 1500 points and EA Status. The CSAs they receive by achieving EA status is a motivator. Then a few days later they start getting a couple PSAs from my Co-op. They are in and working every day. I keep them supplied with material to help their downline. And together we all rise.
