How often and in what ways should we have contacts with our CSAs?

CSA contact is as important as contact with PSA's.
I would suggest contact with CSA's should be done at the same time as you communicate with your PSA's. Include CSA's when you make a post to your Stream tab or include them when you create a Team Mail.
Communicate with everyone as each CSA will have an interest in what you are doing, how you tlhink about SFI and how you personally have grown your SFI business so that they may either duplicate what you do or enhance what you do.
As taught in our Launch Pad Lesson about a fellow Affiliate - he built his down line primarily by focusing efforts to support CSA's and he was successful with his SFI business.
Everyone has a role and in order for everyone to be successful - communicate at any time with them. Communication is not a one way affair but is a professional dance with down line members. Some days CSA's will connect with you first before you do and visa versa.
There are no hard and fast rules but always important to take the time to consider what and how type of communication will work for your CSA's best by asking them too.

With new PSA recruits, it is important to send communication as soon as possible to introduce yourself and to be sure that he or she has a way to contact you to inquire about how SFI works and possible sharing of tips or hints about how SFI can be used to achieve their goals/dreams.
Use of the SFI inbox to communicate with PSA's is a great way to keep track of your efforts for communication. Use of the Team Mailer to send a group message to PSA's is another great way to connect with PSA's. You may also wish to share comments with PSA's through the use of your Stream Tab or even setting up a blog that you can give them an access code which provides them a private access to you.
Communication with PSA's is important but be sure that your communication adds value, responsive to questions, invites others to participate and is honest. These basic communication traits will have you connect with your PSA's successfully.

Be Honest and Authentic!
Your Website is a representation of who you are as a business person.
On your site be sure to invite others to provide articles or content that represents not only SFI but also represents who you are as a business person.
Many times, I have come across websites which is full of material which isn't authentic and full of advertising that I as a reader have no personal gain that I do not visit the website again.
Be sure to focus on "giving" something to your visitors as they are using their time to read your website. As they spend their time to read your website be sure to recognize that by being sure your content is high value or more for their time.

How can I promote the products of my favorite ECAs and earn commissions?

I suggest you take a few minutes to write down which methods of promoting you are comfortable with. This will then have you identify minimally 3 areas that you can follow up on to promote products of ECA's that are advertising through our TripleClicks store.
Find products that you personally use then share with others and inform them how you obtain them. Find the deals and share them with others by using Social Media, product sampling, or even using the various Marketing Aids that SFI has to offer to all of us to use.
You may want to promote products in person by attending a market or a fair and rent a table which you may wish to share products in person - people often like to see the product in hand rather than just believe what they see on line.
Promote the TripleClicks store by joining the Wave 3 program and use the program to advertise TripleClicks and then be specific with others about what products are available to not only to members of the store but to new buyers.
When you identify your 3 - 5 or even more skills of PR that you are comfortable with - you are good at, then move on to the next step to promote products that you know will benefit others and not only you.
The products offered through our TripleClicks store are varied and it is our role to be creative with the resources that we have to share with others. Just be resourceful and use your creative skills to share the products.
The more you promote by matching product to the needs of the buyer - you will have a profile match made which means you'll have a repeat customer to continue purchasing products offered by the ECA and in turn receive commissions.

What is the best way to attract new artists to the monthly Tripleclicks Music contest?

Here are some ideas for everyone:
Check out music stores to see if they are willing to let you post a poster on a bulletin board for free. People who purchase music equipment may benefit or know of someone else who would like the program.
Attempt to see if there are local "weekend garage bands" in your neighbourhood that you can introduce the music contest too and share the benefits that are received if first place.
Make contact with the Fine Art's department at the local University, College, Art School or even high school and see if the information may be shared with local artists looking for an opportunity to share their work world wide.
SFI offering this program simply is showing they are supporting artists to be their best.

First response I had to this question was, "what does building your SFI business mean to you?"
There are different ways to "build" a business so the 'how' to build will depend on your focus.
If the desire is to build through more sales, then it will be of benefit to focus efforts and planning around marketing and possibly joint-venture opportunities with ECA prospects.
If the desire is to build your down-line team, then it will be of benefit to focus efforts and planning around recruitment for not only your down-line but also the downline of PSA's and CSA's.
If the desire is to have a mixture of the two ways to build then it will be of benefit to research and consult others how 'building' was done by using both.
Our TripleClicks store have many products to support our growth aka 'business building' efforts, therefore, at times it will be of benefit to invest in the building of your business by purchasing products and services that will assist you in achieving your purpose for growth.
Currently I will purchase the following from our store - S-builder units, PSA's to Go, T-Credits, on-line marketing of my banners, and product purchases to share with others so give samplings of the products available.
Make your purpose to build clear to yourself first then attempt to seek and do the actions that will align with your purpose - growth will be seen.

First of all - brainstorming by yourself with yourself doesn't work so it is important to make time for team members to have a place to connect to discuss successes, challenges and "what if's".
As a team lead, it will be in the best interest of your team to use on-line networking tools to connect with others as well as enabling others to connect with each other. You may want to set up a blog or vlog, conference call, webinar connection, twitter discussion or even discussion via FaceBook so that your international members can connect and see what has been shared and be motivated to try new strategies or add to the group discussion on various topics to guide the discussion.
Definitely hosting regular Brain Storming sessions will help affiliates to connect with others and share their experiences with SFI. The use of technology has opened the choices that are available to do such networking.

Which is better to do...recruit PRMs or PSAs?

The answer to this question will depend on where you focus is at this time. Are you wanting to develop a team of reps that you can share knowledge with and have them carry on what you do therefore your business grows or are you wanting to earn commissions from the sales of products through TripleClicks.
If your focus is to grow your down line and to create a team of SFI affiliates to duplicate what you do then be sure to bolster your recruitment plan and methods for PSA down-line growth.
If your focus (goal) is to increase TripleClicks presence in the market place and increase your income from the sale of products from the TC store then recruit more PRM's.
Ideally for all of us, both are of benefit so offer equal value for your SFI business. Development of PSA down line membership and PRM recruits are good focus areas for entrepreneurs with SFI.
Ultimately, what business practices are done - recruit PSA or PRM's or both, will depend on what your focus is for your SFI goals.

From my experience thus far in response to this question is the difficulty with perception.
Affiliates want to see growth and commissions immediately as there is a perception that SFI is designed to be quick.
This notion causes frustration for affiliates and has been the reason for opting out.
I will respond to affiliates case by case then address the concern in aTeamMail message without using names. We often need to recognize that SFI is not going to be what we predict - SFI is a dynamic business that needs all of us to recognize what has been achieved.

Team building strategies come in different forms and different approaches. NO matter what strategy you use, be sure that you share your Vision to lead your team with a unified-shared definition of what SFI basically is as a means to achieving their higher purpose.
Having a unified-shared definition can be in the form of a Vision, Mission statement, Business Plan 3 or 5 year design or even a Challenge that you set out for your down-line members to achieve in a month, 6 months or a year.
When there is a shared purpose, people will have a higher purpose to stream-line efforts to work towards something special. Efforts from all affiliates will be focused and driven by rationale rather than just working the business; everyone will be working towards a specific outcome - a higher purpose which sustains motivation and an on-going income.
Be sure to blog about what you envision and hope for not only yourself but for your PSA's and CSA's as this on-line business is the leveraging of all the skills, knowledge and aptitudes of all your team members. Share your comments via your Stream Posts for PSA's and CSA's to read and be reminded of the unified-shared vision in addition to using Team Mailers, E-Cards and other direct communication messages.
