Webinars - excellent strategic tool to engage your current down line membership and to attract prospective SFI affiliates and customers for TripleClicks.
Webinars - if used well ultimately will take the confusion and jargon out of the SFI on-line business.
Webinars could have you or members of your team share insights about SFI business approaches to share strategies, host face-to-face workshops to have attendees share with each other strategies on how to grow their own SFI business or how to be the best affiliate that they can be.
Offer the Webinars for free as educational seminars that will aim to take the complexity out of being an SFI affiliate by sharing not only your knowledge but the knowledge of team members on how to run a successful on-line strategy to take their SFI business to the next level.
Webinars can provide a visual reinforcement to the text that you offer through your blog or Landing page with SFI by placing a link to your webinar so that information is universally accessible.
Use the webinar strategy in conjunction to all the other strategies that SFI offers through their Training tab.
People do well when they "watch and learn" so what better way to do this than incorporating a webinar strategy with an article.

What ads have been the most effective for you in sponsoring quality affiliates?

Sponsorship and quality marketing with ads over lap to a certain degree in that they share the same intention: branding and customer relations.
So ultimately all the ads that we as affiliates have access to use prepared by SFI are all tools. The effectiveness of using all these tools/ads, is really an outcome of the following:
Your Marketing Plan.
Marketing Plan is your road map to what you wish to achieve during a business day, business week or business month and even business year. This road map will outline what you intend to achieve with TripleClick sales, recruitment of PSA's, recruitment of CSA's, and even solitation of ECA members.
Once your Business Plan is established then take the time to review what each Ad will do for your SFI business. Each Ad has a different intention-attention; therefore, you need to match the attention of the Ad to the intention of your business plan.
When the intention and attention of both of the Business Plan and Ad are a fit- like two puzzle pieces then the effectiveness of the Ad will be seen.
Ads need to be reviewed to be sure they will support your sponsoring intentions - when this is done, this will be an EFFECTIVE Ad campaign.

When a person joins SFI, what things are the most important for him or her to do?

When anyone becomes an affiliate, I have found (not in order of priority) the following to be beneficial:
1. Identify long term goal that may be achieved with the assistance of having SFI by their side;
2. Identify short term goal/s that may be reached that helps to maintain motivation to be with SFI for the long term as SFI is not a quick rich scheme. The short term goal/s are best to be aligned to reaching the long term goal,
3. Complete Launch Pad Lessons within the first month and identify in a note book what key learnings are gained from the lessons so that those tips may be used immediately in their SFI business,
4. Read and review the "Rules of Success" prepared by SFI as this assists all affiliates to understand that SFI is a business that they own and not just work,
5. Follow To-Do List tasks as identified monthly, weekly, and daily,
6. Share SFI with others - this is an important task as SFI is a success for over 15 years because of the joining of people. SFI is a shared experience.

In what specific ways can individual SFI affiliates help SFI have a BIG year in 2016?

In a time of business owners having to do more with less this needs all of us to be creative and have innovative ways to have on-line presence so that SFI is the Shining Star on the internet.
Using old strategies to grow SFI is one way to help SFI have a BIG year but it is even a better consideration to incorporate new ways of working the SFI business. Is there a strategic move that you or someone in your down line that is effective every time that if shared with other affiliates - this would then push SFI even further up the ladder which in turn creates more benefits for fellow affiliates as well as yourself.
it is important to share ideas and connect with SFI administrators such as Gery to share ides and possibilities that may be used by all affiliates - find new products for all of us to sell or promote or share a marketing idea that has proven to be effective every time it is used.
It will be important for affiliates to share and have an open system approach with all in SFI so that SFI becomes a strong business because of affiliates being strong with each other.

What can/should I do differently in 2016 to see that my affiliates become active in SFI?

I understand that you are looking for strategies to have affiliates become active in SFI for 2016 - this is an excellent question and I can not help but consider the first step to an active team is having an active leader.
You stated that you wanted to do things differently in order to see the change. In order to see the change or outcome that you hope to have, you will need to consider what you have done for the past 6 months and see what has been value added to your team members and what business behaviours can be replaced with new behaviours.
Things that can be considered right away may include but not be limited to the following:
Language in the correspondence that you send out to all - is the language up lifting and persuades others to try and move forward or does the language, the words you use, seem to cause people to deflate and loose motivation to move on with their SFI business;
Role Modelling - when you look at your profile with SFI such as listed on your leadership page or even on your SFI Homepage consider what is "not there" in addition to what is there. Your badges are posted as a result of an action done in the past or an action that you choose to continue to do this month - what is sparked when you look at your profile. Would your profile represent an opportunity of growth for a team member or would it represent stagnation,
Value added - try to get to know your down line team members so that you are able to work with them and for them by adding value to their SFI business. You may see that he or she is stating in their monthly goal to have ECA's join their profile so you may want to check in proactively on how this development is moving along and inquire if they are interested in a hint or tip to make things happen
Ultimately you can only motivate yourself and show others the way. Team members will choose either to follow your lead or choose to take a different path.
It is also important to have dialogue with your team members on what 'ACTIVE' means to them as we all may have a different understanding as to what that means in business.

Consider reviewing what behaviours other Team Leaders are going by reiviewng their profiles though their Team Leader blogs and even posts that they may put up on the Forum Tab or even the Ask SC tab.
We all will better understand what "good" means when we look at examples of it being done by others. Good things are only understood when compared to actions that are not so good. Consider both so that you can make an informed decision as to what you can do to lead your Team effectively.
Effective leadership can be determined by your down line team members so be sure to ask them what he or she needs from you in your role as a Team Leader. Following their request and suggestions for leading may then create trust among team members which in turn will lead to strong growth for everyone's business.

The word "sales" can be replaced by the word "help"...to change the reason why someone is an associate of SFI from selling to helping people can make all the difference to that associate's activity. I help people every day by letting them know about what Triple Clicks has to offer - opportunity to own a business, opportunity to buy tools or books to help with entrepreneurial needs or buy house hold products that are needed. Helping to connect people with resources is what SFI is all about. So have a conversation with affiliates about who they helped today.

When should we give up on CSAs who don't respond to our messages or do anything?

Being a leader of a team is all ready a challenge and even more so when there is a lack of communication from any one of your team members. Lack of response from a PSA or CSA is hard not to take personally but at the same time is a way for a team leader to review what motivates members of the team. This challenge is actually an opportunity to let the team leader develop new skills as a leader as well as improve upon what is all ready working. I would encourage continuation of professional communication as time will come when a connection will happen. Carnegie said it best, "Many communicate but few connect". Use the tools that SFI has to offer to be the best servant leader you can be. Ultimately, if a member chooses not to respond now does not mean that they are out of SFI; support team members to see the value that SFI can add to their lives..this will be the key to making the connection you are wanting to have. What is the best way to help my affiliates who can't afford to purchase anything?

No matter where we are on this earth we all have one thing in common - we all are limited to 24 hours each day. Affiliates offer so much when they are able to invest a few minutes each day to promote what SFI and Triple Clicks has to offer to everyone around the world. Affiliates' time is the highest investment that anyone can receive from their down line and from their up-line. When everyone invests 5 - 10 minutes each day to send an e-card about Triple Clicks, SFI or an e-mail to share what is currently being sold through Triple Clicks Auction, these few minutes turn into GOLDEN opportunities for everyone. As has been recognized by leaders - Time is the most valuable item that we all have; once time is gone, we are unable to get the minutes back. So with this in mind, simply encourage affiliates everywhere to spend a minimal investment of 5 - 7 minutes...I am sure with 8 - 12 affiliates you will see these minutes turn into hours of work being being performed. It is also important to share your gratitude with affiliates for sharing their time with you as time is such a valuable resource.

This question is thought provoking and I can not help but think of Zig Ziglar's point to "help as many other people achieve their goals and you will then achieve your goal".
There are ways to measure the effectiveness of your goal and many ways to pace yourself to achieve your goal; the different ways mentioned in books and seminars on how to establish a goal are good but I can not help consider our work with SFI as "problem solvers" or "helpers".
I encourage everyone to consider how a personal goal can assist others to achieve their goals in life no matter what it may be (improvement with health, finances, personal development, professional development, and/or spiritual development). The more people that are helped the higher you climb to reach your goal.
This is an awesome question - I look forward to reading responses from other affiliates.
