Printed flyers are very cute and highly-effective marketing tools for recruiting PSAs/PRMs/ECAs. Their designs, layouts, wordings and colors help to make them effective in the marketing process. For maximum effectiveness, it is always recommended that you use flyers in places with a very high human concentration or human traffic. Some of the commonest ways to use them are listed below:

1. In reception areas of a Doctor’s clinic with permission.
2. In the notice boards of your religious or social clubs with permission.
3. In the community boards of your local shopping centers/malls.
4. In the notice boards of your local library.
5. In your community gym.
6. In your local sports arena.
7. In the rest benches of public parks.
8. Hand them over at local train and bus stations.

This is a very cute question because I believe it affects all affiliates to the best of my knowledge. Having said that let me straight away refer you to SFI Success Rule 4 which simply states…”Work with the workers.” It goes further to expatiate, “Way too many people focus on QUANTITY. They sponsor dozens; even hundreds of affiliates–which is great–but it is ultimately QUALITY that is the real key. Once you've found or developed 3-5 topnotch affiliates, you're going to see a lot of great things happen with your commission check. How do you develop quality affiliates? It's real simple: WORK WITH THE WORKERS!” Take these statements to heart instead of feeling down because some of your affiliates have decided to quit.

Read all SFI literature/training/sponsoring tools and implement what they advise you to do to keep your affiliates. If you have done so and all in your powers to make your affiliates stay active and they choose to quit, do not despair. You also do not need to unduly blame yourself. Many affiliates decide to quit for many and varied reasons which may have nothing to do with you as their sponsor. Just find a way to “work with the workers” and you will be ok. Lead by example and let your enthusiasm permeate downline with your routine communications. That way, your business will continue to forge ahead even if some of your affiliates choose to quit. That is the best advice I can give you now.

If you concentrate on talking about just SFI as a business, there is hardly any turn-off to talk about unless you do not understand the business very well. For that reason, before you talk about SFI to any prospect, make sure you have gone through the LaunchPad lessons thoroughly and you understand the business and its prospects very well. It is people who do not understand the business very well who are at risk of saying things to prospects which turn them off.

For example, scammers and online business tricksters have given the word MLM a bad name on the internet. Even Search Engines are now very wary of those letters as a business model. If you are ignorant enough to misconstrue SFI business as an MLM business and you talk about it to prospects, you are very likely to turn them off immediately. Reason is, many people have been scammed online with those letters as a business model.

From my nearly 2 years experience in SFI business, that is about the biggest turn-off which many affiliates out of ignorance have not found a way to navigate around.

01. Find as many free ad sites as you can and advertise your Gateways like mad.
02. Log into your SFI account daily and earn as many VPs as you can from the to-do list.
03. Promote TripleClicks products very widely in free ad sites.
04. Take to blogging and promote your Gateways on the blog site.
05. Concentrate on duplication through free promotion of your Gateways.
06. Read up any and every lesson you can find in SFI.
07. Take SFI daily tips to heart and be guided by them.
08. Follow the forum posts keenly and learn from them.

Shipping costs are always a very important cost consideration for ECAs. In some cases, shipping costs can even be higher than the actual cost of goods depending on where in the world the ECA is operating from. For a fairly new ECA, since you want to sell your products and in a very competitive market, you must watch your shipping costs very closely.

Generally speaking, the farther you ship your goods, the higher your shipping costs. For that reason, I am inclined to recommend to fairly new ECAs to limit their shipping to their geographical regions of the world at first to “test the waters” of international commerce. By the time you get known in the business and your customer base is encouraging, you can decide to expand further afield. That to me is what makes good commercial sense.
