Have you ever signed up to some website to find more information and then find your email inbox bombarded with email trying to get you either to buy something or to upgrade your account. I am sure most of have gone though this at one time or another. There is no need with SFI.

The best thing to do with prospective team members is to show them what you are doing. Print out some of the things you have achieved and at the foot of the page of each achievement, set out how you got there.

If you give your prospects a small home made brochure on your achievements, detail all your links and gateways and set out different ways to reach each target, I am sure this will be appreciated and you will get some signed up team members from your efforts.

There is no comparison. I have been in many so called “online businesses” over the years, none of which are much good.

Some were free to join but most cost money to join. The advertisements sounded attractive. I have outlayed small sums of money only to find that it involved such complicated procedures only someone with the qualifications of an airline pilot could understand it. Money lost once again. They write such attractive ads, they get us in most of the time.

Gery and his team have provided us with a great business here in SFI and TripleClicks. Just look at what you are given.

First, I would go to each individual member who has become inactive and check their VP Ledger to see how they have previously been gathering their VP.

I would then compose a team mail to these inactive members based on what I found in their VP Ledger. Use the filters in Genealogy to sort out which members you will be emailing. In your email, I would point out in very gentle terms, how you yourself got discouraged a time or two and how you picked yourself up. It is at this point you could make the offer of a Gift Certificate with some suggestions on how to utilise it which would further improve their standing in SFI.

You could also start a competition which could be advertised on your Leadership Page. Advise your team members that there is a contest running for the current month and there will be prizes for those who achieve a certain status.

Always put a link to your Leadership Page in your emails and team mails. If you have a website which promotes SFI, you could add this link as well and advise your team members that you post updates from time to time which may help them in their business endeavours.

There are many ways to communicate. You can try email, team mail or chat. You can also try putting a message together with information on your own website.

People are both wary and curious. Whereas, they may not take much notice of your emails and even trash them without reading them, their curiosity will possibly take them to your website.

They will scroll through it and have a look around and are more likely to respond to you. Just make sure you provide informative and relative information which is helpful to them. Always provide your email contact details as well as your Leadership Page details somewhere on your site.

For me personally, I have found quite a few people send me emails asking questions after they have visited my website whereas, I have very little communication via email.

Another reason to obtain your own website where you can post all sorts of information regarding SFI and TripleClicks as well as banners and links to products for sale. A great way to do business.

One method to us is the very first email you send to someone in a non English speaking country should firstly be in English and secondly – using Google translate – put a translated version in their native language below.

Make a request that they reply to you stating which language they would like you to use.

Another method which you can use is Reassignment. You can go through your Genealogy and select all of your PSAs who you think might benefit from a Sponsor in their own country.

Draft out a mailing to both parties explaining your actions and that they would possibly benefit by having a Sponsor from their own country due to language difficulties.

You can then, reassign some of your affiliates using the tick box at the left hand side of your genealogy page.

When reassigning, choose your 5 best working PSAs and then go through all of the others to select some from suitable countries to reassign to them.

You have nothing to lose when you reassign as if the member drops out, the affiliates are returned to you.

There are many ways you can utilise $500 in your SFI business. This question has come just at the right time for me as in July I will myself have $500 to invest and I have been working out on paper just how to make the best use of it.

My thinking is to purchase a product that will benefit me on an ongoing basis – but the 64 dollar question is what?

This is what I have come up with so far and is more than likely what I have decided upon for myself.

First, go through your list of PRMs and select the 10 who have at some time made a purchase. Arrange for each of these 10 to receive a $10 Gift Certificate. If these Gift Certificates encourage your PRMs to make a purchase good and well and they may even make future purchases as well. If they do not take advantage of the offer, then the money will go back into your account. If they do make the purchase, you receive a commission so in that regard, this is a double whammy.

Second, go through your Genealogy and do the same with both your PSAs and CSAs which will give you similar benefits. No harm done if the Gift Certificates are not used, you can reallocate them to other team members when the money goes back to your account. Make sure you set a use by date…..I like to make it 5 days.

Okay, that gets rid of $300. Now what to do with the other $200. I would choose to spend it as follows:

- 1 x 125 TCredit Packs for use in the auctions and games.
- 1 x Packs of Gift Cards for distribution
- 1 x SBuilder Co-Op Unit
- Spend any leftover balance on PSAs to Go (Special Offer).

You can now sit back and watch your team grow and see your new Team Leader badge or badge upgrade.

This is where you need some writing skills. Draft out a letter and go over it many times to get the spelling and punctuation correct. Use the Word program which can do this for you.

Go through the list of business at Alibaba and select the ones which you think may have products that will do well in the TripleClicks store.

When writing, you can make the following points:

- to become an ecommerce associate and sell products is completely free;
- products can be listed for an indefinite time;
- there is charge only if the product sells;
- that you will assist them to download their products if they are unsure of the process;
- advise your prospect that there are over XXXXXXX sellers;
- products are listed either locally, globally or country specific;

After you have drafted your letter, purchase some TripleClicks letterhead and envelopes to give your mailings a professional look. At the same time, purchase some brochures and some professional business cards to enclose with your letter and make sure you have provided your contact details.

I post to Stream every second or third day. I think you need to say something positive. Don’t just use Stream to congratulate people for winning the Daily Grand……there are eCards for that purpose.
It is fairly easy to say something positive in a few words. Just pick one section of SFI or TripleClicks and get composing. First work out what you want to say – don’t worry about the amount of words at this stage, just work out your message. Then, without losing the gist of the message, delete a word here and there until it fits into the 340 word stream allowance. Your team will be appreciative for your help, which in turn, also helps you.

You can always elaborate on your Stream post by building on it on your website or in your Newsletters.

The TripleClicks Executive Pool plays a huge roll in your compensation plan. Once you have earned 1500 versa points for the current month, you are entitled to a share in this pool which becomes part of your earnings.

TripleClicks management totals up the entire sales from all of TripleClicks and this amount is used to determine the commission volume (CV). When the CV is obtained, 40% of this amount is the TC Executive Pool.

This is then shared between members who have earned at least 1500 VP for that month. The value of shares differs each month and is decided by the amount of sales.

Your earnings are calculated by giving you 1 share of the TC Executive Pool for each one of your versa points (VP). You can see by this that it is important to earn as many VP as you can to obtain as many shares in the TripleClicks Executive Pool and of course you need to have 1500 VP or more for the month. This is why the importance of having a 1500 VP (or more) Standing Order is going to help you build your monthly income.

As an example, if you have earned 5000 VP for the month of May, then you will receive 5000 shares in the TripleClicks Executive Pool.

You can also receive extra shares in the TripleClicks Executive Pool by way of matching VP if you qualify. For every EA2 in your team, you will earn matching VP if you have yourself earned 1500 VP or more.

You can see from this explanation, that the TripleClicks Executive Pool is an important part of your earnings and is all the more reason to log in each day and earn VP.

Firstly I would set out the different games and I would let them know what it costs (if anything) to enter and how much you can win. I would set out all the other benefits of playing the games such as Member Reward Points (MRP) and what these can be used for.

Some people think that game playing is frivolous however it can be very beneficial in building TCredits and MRP. TCredits can be used for more game playing, for the auctions and for gifting to your team members when they achieve a milestone. MRP can the be used to purchase from the TripleClicks store especially products which will further build your business such as advertising and PSAs.

Business is business as they say but a few lighthearted moments hurts no-one and provides a little light relief.
