When I received inactive CSAs I will sent them a welcome message and welcoming them to their new home and give words of encouragement.
1. Motivate, give some tips on how to earn versa points maintain EA status and what are the benefit when they become EA and further advance to team leader.
2. Advise them to participate in the Daily Grand Draw which they need to click on the WIN IT tab bar & T-Time Hourly Draw in the Tripleclicks the Game tab bar.

The easiest and quickest way to become an EA every month is to have 125TCredits as Standing Order where you immediately earned 1500svps and 100avps. Then start earning versa points by doing TO-Do List daily, weekly, monthly and the survey w/o fail + also participating in the Games or auction at TripleClicks. You can also advance to team leader(Bronze Team Leader)first.
I am giving just a brief guideline cause its time consuming.
BEST OF LUCK!

Mine opinion both will help us in becoming successful in SFI-sponsoring affiliates and referring Tripleclicks members.
Both have its own ways of income.
Sponsoring affiliates is recruiting affiliates and trained them to be successful by duplicating and applying all the marketing tools provided by SFI.
While referring Tripleclicks members is to buy and sell Tripleclicks products and also in the auction.

New affiliates should not feel overwhelm and stay focus on their first month.
Take time to read and learn all there's in the 3 color button(Grey,Blue and Green)and process it. Also not forgetting the red color tabs,go through all one at a time and complete the process.I am sure if they follow all the instruction they will succeed.
The most important thing is to stay focus, read, learn and apply them.
Hope this helps!

What's best? Sponsoring fewer PSAs and concentrating on coaching and helping them build...or continuously sponsoring new affiliates?

Both has its own way of interpretation of pros and cons.
Sponsoring fewer PSAs and concentrating on coaching & helping them build SFI business. The fact is how many will show active/interest signed and responding to your emails? 1st few days frequently login to SFI homepages and doing the routine tasks after sometime missing in action 3 to 5 days or more.
Continuously sponsoring new affiliates. These might help maybe if you are lucky.

To build my SFI business when I can't access the SFI Affiliate Center is firstly I will try logging to TripleClicks Member Center and if I am able, immediately I will sent message to support desk for HELP.Stating the problem I am facing.
After that proceed to Games and start participating in the T-Time hourly/Daily Crown and Auctions-Price benders.

Hope this will help!

It's got pros and cons to keep sending supportive emails to PSAs and CSAs who have 0 VP and inactive for week or months.

Pros:- Inactive PSAs and CSAs become active again with all the catches or motivational emails.

Cons:- Too frequent sending of supportive emails might jeopardise your friendship cause this inactive PSAs and CSAs can block us from sending supportive email.

Too short an answer but I hope it helps.

What is the best way to get your PSAs to submit a sponsor rating and comment on how you're doing?

This question is very difficult for me to answer because PSAs/CSAs have never given any work direction or ideas how to venture into SFI business. Unlike my upline leaders they are always there to give words of encouragement & how to go about achieving the VPs. So I don't think its good for them to rate us or give comment.

How would it benefit me to transfer TCredits to my PSAs or CSAs?

I don't think there's much benefit to transfer TCredits to PSAs or CSAs unlike GC(Gift Certificate). GC your PSAs or CSAs will get to buy products from TC Store and you benefit it by getting the commission for their purchases. TCredits PSAs or CSAs can participate in the auction or price bidders(PTP).
