According to my experience, the personal characteristics and skills you need to become successful with SFI are;
Persist! Never Give Up!
Come rain or shine or holiday, Do your daily actions.
Respond immediately to your PSA's and CSA's.
Communicate with your Upline, your Joys and Problems.
Read and Lead. Learn everyday! It's amazing how everytime you read, you pick up something new.
Make friends on Forum and a2a. Share your ideas and congratulate others on their success.
Remember, the more you give, the more you get!

How to get maximum benefits of being an SFI affiliate.
Well, let me share my story, and my successful affiliates stories.

We began FAST AND FURIOUS - COMPLETED 1500 vp'S IN 2 TO 5 DAYS.
Then we decided to become BTL immediately.
The CSA's coming in and the TCredits were very, very motivating.
We bought just enough stuff from TripleClicks- mostly TC's to get to 3000 VP's
THEN IT WAS SPENDING AT LEAST 3 HOURS A DAY, READING AND LEARNING.
And asking all our doubts to our sponsor and a2a friends.
We also read the answers at Forum and ASK SC.

And now it is no longer FAST AND FURIOUS, but Slow And Steady.
We skype, share ideas, plan our strategies on the last day of the month, for the next month.

I am 8 months old here at SFI, and have only used 2 of the different ways of earning.
In the following 3 months will start using 3 more.

To sum it up, I have grown as a person, slowly becoming richer, made lots of friends, enjoying being a Team Leader, and am looking forward to spend my retired life happily.

Hi! I just have to share this with you.
The other day, I was playing the auctions for some TCredits, when my sponsor joined in. He saw that I missed winning by a second, and I was running short of TC's and he quickly transferred 20TC's to me. I was surprised to see more TC's...... but was I thrilled? You bet! I will never forget this act by my sponsor. It really motivated me. Thanks Larry! He has me hooked on to SFI partly because of this and many other spontaneous acts of generosity!

My biggest challenge was sticking on and not quitting, after investing in PSA packs.

I had invested in more than 10 - yes, TEN packages, buying affiliates, including S-Builder, and got only 3 active ones. And 2 out of the 3 active, gave up, after a couple of months... All the rest had fake id's!

It was really frustrating, you keep sending mails, they don't respond, and then one day, to check their e-mail id's and they don't exist!

The only thing that kept me going was the poem DON'T QUIT, stuck on the wall above my PC.
And going through the profiles of TL's who've been around more than 5 years.
I'm not even a year old...

IF IT IS TO BE, IT IS UP TO ME.
