I usually do not try to convince anyone in anything anymore.

I give them opportunity and if they do not embrace it is their loss.

When I tried to convince someone I had higher rate of rejection.

When I was calm and offering opportunity and not pushy the better results I have had. My moto is: I can live without you because there will be next one who will understand and embrace the opportunity.

And I understand people. There have been many scams and schemes

I would definitely direct them towards the Marketing methods references provided by SFI. They should read that because there are the basics.

However, different people prefer or are successful in different methods.

Some people are not good with computers so that method is maybe not the best for them and they would be more successful with offline advertising.

Some people are not good in expressing themselves verbally so they would go for something else.

When I joined SFI I did not have a clue what I can expect from the programme at that time so my long term goals were quite unrealistic. And I believe that is a common case.

Even my monthly goals in first months were not close to reality. However, now I see where I am and I am pushing a bar higher every month in order to motivate me.

How I do is to analyze my monthly trend and see where is that going to take me in a year. If I am happy with the outcome I stick to it..if not I

Among the popular Standing Order items (IAHBE, S-Builder, TCredits), which is best and why?

I believe these are tailored to different affiliates' needs so what's best for someone is not necessarily best for others.

If you have a knowledge in online marketing and business generally, you probably would go for something else than IAHBE...probably for TCredits in order to bid on auctions, etc.

Someone with good advertising skills and established web page and his recruiting system would not go for S-builder, for example.

Those interested in auctions and who see

I have experience with in-person presentations, direct mail, trade shows, handing out biz cards, network at events, etc. Can offline marketing be as effective for my SFI business as online marketing?

I believe the combination of both online and offline marketing would be the best.

However, SFI is a numbers game since you need to address a huge number of individuals in order to get a few successful ones. In that regard online marketing has an advantage and offline approach would be time consuming and limited to your surroundings.

If you want to work internationally then your direct approach is limited as well.

On the other side direct approach has its own advantages

Be aware that your CSAs are someone's PSAs. So, one thing you can hope for is that their direct sponsor will motivate them along with your efforts.

Try to establish contact, either via e-mail, CSA mailer or chat if they are online.

But to answer your question precisely...Many people register out of curiosity what SFI is all about and they do not find it attractive..with these you cannot do much. But sometimes people have a bad period in life, other interests, or just it is

I am sorry for not directly answering your question but although I find ASK SC as a valuable source of information I would use this opportunity to direct people reading this to an extensive SFI resource pages. Firstly you have to lead by example. You cannot expect someone to do something that you are not doing.

Secondly, direct them to SFI Compensation plan and ask if they understood it. Provide additional explanation if needed.

Thirdly, point them out to Marketing aids and techniques and provide additional assistance with it if needed.

And finally and most importantly, do not get disappointed if just a few of those you have sponsored make it. That is just reality of life.

Well, in SFI you become Team leader when YOU decide to raise your commitment to a higher level. There are more benefits but there are also certain obligations in order to get those benefits.

You do not have to be a born leader in order to have others following you. In terms of following you, here it is called DUPLICATION and it is one of the key factor of SFI business.

Make sure you are doing the right thing and that you are committed to SFI. Thus your team will copy that behavior...Here

Well, the way you constructed your question gives the answer. To become a team leader you need to qualify first. But to maintain your leadership status there are other things you need to do and to be a good team leader there are some traits you need to have.

How to be a good leader has already been covered in ASK SC. However, you need to have a team, otherwise you will not be able to earn sufficient number of action VPs you are required to do every month. In order to achieve that you have
