There was once a question asked of the worlds most successful Home Business Entrepreneurs about what are the top five attributes you need to succeed.

There were various answers but the two that appeared in EVERY survey without failure were persistance and enthusiasm. The Entrepreneurs were also asked to list their top five in order of importance. Most of them had enthusiasm and persistance as #1 and #2, but the order would be different.

After reading through the whole interviews

When I am fully self-employed with SFI, and someone asks what I do for a living, what do I tell them?

Tell them you are a Home Business Entrepreneur.

Tell them you "fired your boss"

Tell them you have a 60 second commute

Then tell them how they can do the same!

Have business cards, if this is your full time job now, that have your website address on it and your contact details so they can go to your site, read about the opportunity and sign up.

Perhaps they are not interested in the opportunity (yet!) but would be interested in TripleClicks

Start by being an Executive Affiliate and in your second month be EA2.

Log on every day and complete all the required tasks, earn those VP and learn as much as you can.

Be on A2a and communicate with friends.

Communicate with your upline and downline.

Go to the forum and read threads daily, join in the conversations as you expand your business.

Participate in Ask SC. Read the posts, ask questions, and supply your own answers (once you are EA2)

You tell them what it is!

Tell them about the free listing, auctions, how they can buy and sell stuff, why it is better than EBay, and tell them how to join.

Make sure they have your contact details and know how to sign up when they get back home.

The best way is to have your own website with both SFI opportunity and TC signup details.

But if someone asks you about TC after seeing WAVE3, congratulations - you just made a lead! Now go turn that lead into

The benefits are many.

Firsty, a contest is a great motivator, it gets your affiliates to set goals and go for them, and also to compete, which is what business is all about.

It gets your affiliates to strive to be the best they can be, and go as far as they can. Want affiliate to be an EA? Do it again next month and become EA2? What about become a Team Leader in their own right, how far away are they from hitting Bronze?

Make sure you give recognition on your Leadership

The obvious answer is "regularly". Which then poses the question of what regularly means.

Make communication to the point. Perhaps you are asking questions and that is good, but is it a question that has been answered elsewhere?

Do not bombard them with emails, but allow them to reply and answer your points. Treat it like a conversation.

Is your sponsor an A2A friend? Do you communicate outside SFI on something like Facebook, as many affiliates do?

I have experience with in-person presentations, direct mail, trade shows, handing out biz cards, network at events, etc. Can offline marketing be as effective for my SFI business as online marketing?

In the sense of recruiting in fixed areas it certainly can be, and in may cases more so.

Think of how Network Marketing was done before the Internet - everything was done offline and those methods are tried and tested, and I am sure you are familiar with many of them. Now with the Internet every affiliate marketer has a website for recruiting and selling, and quite rightly so. But that does not mean we should abandon localised offline methods, especially for those already comfortable with

Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?

If you have a large team and have affiliates in different countries, and now have "Aces" who are on their way to being Team Leaders, people who you are mentoring, then that is when you can consider reassigning your own PSAs under them.

You probably don't need to worry about putting specific PSAs under a leader of their nationality until a way down the line, when you have sponsored a Leader in that country and have a surplus of PSAs from there.

If you had an extra $100, what would be the best way, specifically, to use it to maximize and help grow your SFI business?

The best way is to use it to develop your business and that is by sponsoring SFI affiliates and referring TripleClicks customers.

Spend some money on an advertising Co-op like S Builder, buys some shares

Purchase PSAs from the ECAs to build a team quick

Consider some paid ads of your own, perhaps fund a PPC campaign

Purchase some gift certificates and distribute them

Use the money to run a successful marketing campaign, invest it in your business,

Among the popular Standing Order items (IAHBE, S-Builder, TCredits), which is best and why?

T Credits are the best because they gate you the VP you need to make ES and then you can use them to buy what you need and build your business.

Personally I recommend the TCredit 125 Pak, Special Standing Order price is $36.25, a saving on the regular price of $52.50.

You can use the T Credits to buy S Builder to build your business.

With additional TCredits you can buy IAHBE for the resources.
