The core work of SFI is "duplication" simply explained it is a team effort. And we know that what you can achieve as a team has compound results. This alone is one big advantage to you.

* you draw on the strengths of an organisation that has over 16 years of experience being online - this is bound to enhance your knowledge and improve your overall income;

* as a team, you also create an income stream through matching VPs and the potential to earn through this is exceptionally high;

* a steady second income generated through SFI helps individuals who may not have a regular assured daily job but having a consistent income through team building at SFI ensures their livelihood.

* you are not dependent on anyone else to provide for you in times of recession or other economic downturns - you are shadowed from the psychological trauma of having to give up a full time job, not out of choice but being forced to;

* you have the advantage of flexibility of working hours and fewer expenses of having to commute to a full time job;

* it is your business, you are not answerable to anyone except yourself over the progress of your business;

* you need minimal or no capital investment with SFI this reduces your need to borrow funds from a third party which if you did, would place you under another financial obligation and commitment. You avoid this by having another income stream.

* a second income can be seen as a savings for your future requirements or any emergencies you are likely to come across. In countries which have poor infrastructure and work benefits may not be as sophisticated, you become self-reliant knowing that you have another income stream to rely on.

People will always be short of money, some of us are good savers, some are not but it is motivating to know that you have income coming in regularly into your account.

Every action you perform in any business you own is important and you should not discard its results even if you are not able to see them immediately. You might just create interest at the right time (not for you but for the affiliate) and they can become active.

The question of inactive PSAs and CSAs has come up very often on various discussion platforms and it is my opinion that you should not stop supporting them despite their passive position in the business. The worst case scenario will be that they will opt out of the business and give one of the reasons as "too many emails"! This has happened with one of my affiliates but I continue to send emails regularly.

I alternate between PSAs and CSAs depending on the subject I decide to write about. It is not always about SFI as I sometimes just write a general "get to know" email. This is to build a long term relationship but as the training advises, work with the workers. Having said that, you should also see the potential that is waiting to be tapped from inactive affiliates.

The only way to pass on details about the Knockout Trivia to your affiliates is to play the game yourself. When this happens, you can do the following:

1..Show them your Premier Player badge and this is a one time badge which explains your commitment to TripleClicks and its growth. This badge indicates your participation in a game which will for a long time stay with TC.

2..You can participate in the Trivia, every other game currently is FREE which means you can win a Zackpot of T Credits as a Runner up or as a Winner. I would show them my badges and also the number of wins and the amount of T Credits through the T Credits ledger.

3..The T Credits you win in the Trivia is a bonus for your business and you can utilise them in various categories of your business. The extra T Credits you win can give you a significant boost to your leadership and commission levels.

4..Even without T Credits in hand, you can actually earn T Credits in the "bribes" that are now a part of the Trivia where other affiliates offer T Credits to players in the hope that they will accept the bonus T Credits and leave the game.

5..There is a lot to gain out of the knowledge that is exchanged in the Trivia and this would be one of the points I would use to encourage my affiliates to play the game.

There are various options but you have to decide which you will find most appropriate and work best for you.
a) Your immediate sponsor
b) One of your upline team members who has been in SFI for at least 5 years or more
c) Your own team members, one who comes up with solutions and has a terrific self motivating streak
d) Any of your A2A friends
e) An active downline member

In any case, I would choose someone who will have considerable experience in SFI and has time to communicate with you easily. When I first joined, I got a lot of useful detail from A2A friends from my country who were top leaders. They were able to give me advice that helped me understand SFI much better.

My immediate Sponsor was not at all communicative and still is not which lead me to move upwards to my up line team member who I felt would guide me correctly and it was definitely the right move on my part.

Therefore not only would I have a mentor, but I would also build a friendship which goes a long way in helping you with the business. It is also possible to move your focus below you; you may find an extremely useful member of your down line who will provide the support both upwards and downwards in your team-it may just turn around your business to become even more lucrative due to the downline's previous marketing experience even if he/she has not been in SFI long enough!

There are 2 main factors in determining whether you should opt for purchase of PSAs or sponsor them.

1 Either way you cannot conclusively say that both methods will achieve the results you desire
2 How much of time and investment are you willing to put into recruitment against a faster approach of just making an outright purchase of the PSAs.

I always find it very easy to provide an answer from my own experiences but what may work for me may not necessarily be right for you. Having said that in my case both my team leaders are personal recruits and I have never bought a PSA. They have proved to be exceptionally independent in their SFI business and are active. That is important to note.
The 7 other personal recruits are as good as non existent!

From this you can judge that there is no clear cut strategy on this but it depends entirely on the individuals you bring in, how you motivate them, their drive to succeed in this business, how close you are to the ones you recruit.

In my view this would be a better option than buying PSAs
You might find that you are somewhat gambling with the purchased PSAs. Whether they will become active will depend on similar factors as the personal recruits but here you have to spend a lot more time to understand the PSAs, go past the language barrier which may not be present in personal recruits because you already know who you will bring into the business.

There are probably a few more hurdles you would have to cross when buying PSAs as opposed to personally recruiting them though again there will be differences that you will discover as you go along with the new recruits whether you have sponsored them or bought them.

SFI encourages you to become a Team Leader when you have a team to lead. This means you require very active Affiliates under you. Being a Platinum Team Leader (PTL) is the ultimate in excellence at what you do best at SFI. Therefore it requires you to:-

* advertise your business globally using TC and SFI instruments
* motivate as much as possible each and every member of your team members to achieve leadership level
* recruit Affiliates who will also invest in the business as much or more than you will

This should get you to PTL consistently every month

There are various motivational aspects to drive affiliates who feel dejected with SFI and some of the important ones I have highlighted here (from experience)

o Personal examples are a prime mover in such a situation
o The mindset needs to change with constant interaction with your affiliates
o Being able to convince the affiliate that there is progress in SFI if you want it
o The feeling that you are there to support your affiliate is very essential
o Most of the times the income factor brings up this discouragement so you need to explain the business model with clarity and making sure that the affiliate understands how the business works.

It would help to discuss at length what brings about this feeling in the first place and then handle the situation accordingly!

My time in SFI Has been a short one. Challenges are always present in any business and I look at them as a learning experience. I would say that for me what remains a exciting challenge is to ensure that the "Movers" in my Genealogy and those on my daily Homepage remain in focus and continue with the business.

This means that I have to adopt strategies to keep them on my team and maintain that interest consistently every month.
- to communicate with them regularly
- using Gift Cards to congratulate them or send an important message for a milestone in their business.
- organize competitions to enable them to participate in
- to impart whatever knowledge or ideas I may have to my team
- to continuously grow my Movers List by recruiting more members
- to show them the importance of investing in the business
- to explain why the idea of a quick rich scheme is not supported at SFI as it is a team effort
- to expose the Affiliates to the various resources that are available on SFI and TripleClicks that make it a interesting to stay on at SFI

It's very easy for Affiliates to opt out of the system if there is little or no support from me - I therefore must keep in regular touch with all the Movers because they are in a position to take the business to the next level of success.

I consider the Eager Zebra games not a waste of T Credits or time. They bring forth a competitive atmosphere which enables you to promote the Games to other prospective members and also enhances your chances of winning T Credits which is a very useful tool in your business.

Against this background, the Auctions are equally challenging especially if you can win auctions at "wow" prices.

If you compare the two, you must understand your own limitations, strengths and weaknesses. How good are you at bidding, how well versed are you in general knowledge to win the various other games that are available. How much do you research on various aspects of the games and what are your preferences.

Both in my view add value to your SFI business but you must understand that, that is not your core business. You will benefit greatly when you win an auction as much as you will benefit when you win a KOT trivia game and earn T Credits. There are other advantages in each area of your Games and Auction business but understand that duplication is and building a team should be your priority.

I find this very easy to answer because when I present the SFI opportunity to new prospects, on the onset I explain that "this is not a quick rich program". This has many advantages because

- it will bring in prospects who are willing to work hard and earn and therefore by default my presentation will select those who are serious about the program
- I explain the transition from Affiliate to Executive Affiliate (EA) which takes 1 month and then EA to EA2 takes 1 more month - these are training periods and to expect the company to also pay you as well as train you FREE is being unreasonable.
- I provide examples that show that it is not possible to sow seeds today and expect to reap the harvest in 2 months!
- the best way to handle these types of prospects is to give guidelines about my own experiences and that includes goals through which they have to work with.
- I allow them to use the Earning Calculator which will determine the income levels depending on their own forecast(s) over how quickly their teams will build up.

The above will clearly define the boundaries under which the Affiliates will work and also avoid frustration amongst new Affiliates who will not expect to get rich fast without a team under them. It is important to explain duplication clearly.
