Let us take a look at a brick and mortar business as an example. Most of these businesses have issued their staff with identity badges. These badges carry a photo of the staff and a description of the staff's position in the company, name, address and telephone numbers, company employee number etc... The customers or clients of the company associates the staff with the company through this identity badge.

Likewise, SFI issues you with an identity badge. Your photo, position (rank), ID Number,

When I joined a shoe manufacturer as one of its' Sales Representatives way back in the 70's, I was sent to their training center first for 2 weeks to learn of the products I would eventually sell. fro the 1st 2 weeks I not only learnt what material went to make the product, or how it was made but also the economics, sales points and advantages. after successful training, I was given an area to service the market. The company also had a welfare stores for all of its'employees.

NO! A big definite NO!

Some would suggest having loads of cash to promote your gateways to build a successive downline, recruit ECAs and RMs. yes, you could spend heavily in promoting and advertising both on and off line.

But have you considered this?

Say you have a massive downline built after having done the above and spending big money, how would you go about coaching your downline? How would you lead by example? How would you encourage your downline to achieve

The thing about SFI that attracted me was the openess of how SFI is marketed. SFI never ever promised a quick overnight success. It claims it is not for those who seek richness overnight but for those who are willing to read, learn and work their business.

Also what attracted me to SFI was that it has been in business for over 16 years with BBB certification, thousands joining daily and online stores in tripleclicks. Joining is free and all training materials, tools and coaching are absolutely

A complete stranger sees your WAVE3 banner on your car. They ask what TripleClicks is. What do you say?

You must be able to say in one clear sentence exactly what TripleClicks is, so that anyone hearing you will say to themselves: Wow! Sounds like I could use some of that! I want to know more!" or else "Interesting, but I don't need it right now." - and that response will be accurate.

You could tell them that tripleClicks is an online shopping mart where you run a store selling products worldwide and that you have team members and affiliates marketing your products 24/7 just

Is SFI good for students (18 or older)? Why or why not?

Yes.

My grandnephew is an IT student and a SFI affiliate too. He just past his 18th birthday. The reason he joined SFI is for financial freedom. His goal is to pay for his education without depending on his parents.

His colleagues too are interested in joining SFI for the very same reasons.

What a surprise when my grandnephew requested me to be his mentor and help him out with SFI. I did not know he was an affiliate at SFI, neither did he know that I was one too.

TCredits play a major role in team activity.

You can gift TCredits to your PSA/CSA when they sign up in order to get them activated.
This is what my Sponsor did. She gave me 5 TCredits and explained what I could do with it. With these TCredits, I listed some items to my ECA stores. However, I did not get myself fully involved at TripleClicks as I was still learning the basics and launchpad lessons. It was not until I became a full fledged EA that I took a serious look at TripleClicks

It would be a good idea to re-assign your PSA/CSA to someone of their own country, if only there seems to be a language barrier. The country sponsor/co-sponsor can explain in detail and more clearly using local metaphores etc.

last week I had a local affiliate ask me how I managed to achieve BTL status and if I could help him through as he is new at SFI. his English was also not very good so I had to explain to him in the local dialect (Sinhala).

Well, some would suggest using

I've read the many answers given to this question such as learning and reading all the info available at SFI, specially the Start, Basic and launchpad lessons. soem even mentioned maintaining your EA status with a standing order etc...

Yes all these are essential because as a leader you should know the basics of SFI program. But what good will all this knowledge and information be if you are a leader without a team.

My suggestion is to commence advertising/marketing both online

A good question.

Before I answer your question about the best way to contact prospective ECAs, I would like to draw your attention to what type of ECAs to target, as it is relevant to your question?

You can target the following categories:

SMEs (Small Medium Enterprises) – These groups are usually managed by either one active Director, Partner or Senior Family member, who are responsible for all decisions, marketing and advertising and growth of the enterprises.
