To check out on whether duplication is happening in your team, you ll need to keep in touch with your members at least once a week, by sending them a group mail which may be motivational, the one with tips, and all that you may need your team to do.

Then you should be checking out for the movers and motivate them more. You regularly need to also check your genealogy to check out who is actively logging in , their status and accordingly offer your assistance .

Happy new year.

This question has alway been my issue, i too am concerned. However ive learnt, that initially u ll have to go for quantity, as u ll need that space and time to learn each of your members before u can select or identify " The serious n focused people". This will be reflected in your geneology , which will give the picture of the quality each member has. Here u must highly encourage your active members by sending mails or encouragement and assuring that u ll help them the best when need arises, once they get this confidence they get going fearlessly, and who knows u may hit the gold. But that should not at all mean u ignore the rest, keep encouraging them too, they may wake up some time n show wonders.

All in all be the best sponsor and team leader, after all its our business and in business u may get good partners as well as inactive ones.

What new affiliates should not do:

They should not jump into conclusions too soon before reading and understanding the system, they should not be under the impression that SFI will give them quick money overnight. They should read , read and read before attempting anything.

They should not relax, i mean they should log in daily, some affiliates make points many points which is good , then relax for some days before logging in again, they should be consistent.

Hi,

Initially I had quite some problems to understand the system, my sposor really worked hard and explained to me about SFI, With time things became easier, however the greatest challenge was, and still is to recruit active PSAs and to convince people about SFI and Tripleclicks.

What ive done to overcome this challenge, I tried to buy PSA to go, ofcourse no guarantee on active PSAs but no harm keep trying, i ll soon have S builder coo op. i talk around offline, incase id find any active PSA. Im sure I will soon overcome this .

Hi,

Well , i think doing just one blog is better and enough to blog about both tripleclicks and SFI. Its like if you can kill two birds with one stone why pick up another ? So a single blog about both is very much fine, as the whole idea is to promote both equally and advertise.
