Which is best for me to participate in...W3 or S-Builder Co-op?

W3 and S-Builder are both beneficial to your business/job in SFI.
So it is highly suggested to get both for they have different purpose and benefits.
However, if you have a long vacant time in doing your job in SFI and you are good in searching of free advertisement at any Social Networks, the first become an additional expenses in your business.
On the other hand, W3 is renewable every month and all monthly benefits you may enjoy from W3 are all free and it can be lifetime as long as renewed every month.

As a new Team Leader, what is the single most important thing I should be doing?

The most important thing that you should do as a Team Leader:
1. Communicate regularly to your Team Members telling them that you are ready to give assistance when they need it most.
2. Give inputs to them of how to become a good SFI Affiliate by telling them the right ways of becoming an immediate Executive Affiliate (EA) and divulge to them the benefits that they may get from it, and teach them how to use the SFI Gateways for membership multiplication.
3. Finally, always encourage your Team Members to visit and complete the daily tasks provided in SFI Homepage.

Unique question:
Everyone must remember that we are all born champions in this world.
Remember the competitions when we are still in the womb of our mother, we defeated all other cells who wanted to be born alive. We traveled fast to reach our goal to become human and we succeeded and triumphant on that stage, that's why we are here in SFI because we are now in another kind of competitions - to improve the standard of our living.
In other words, everyone has a potential to become a leader, only some affiliates do not have a focus on their SFI business or just halted themselves to become again a champion/leader.

You may get maximum benefits of being an SFI affiliate:
1. Firstly, you must become an Executive Affiliate (EA) to enjoy the benefits of being an SFI affiliate;
2. Secondly, after becoming an EA you must maintain your 1,500 versapoints to remain to this rank and to continue receiving and enjoying the benefits from it.
3. Finally, SFI assures us to improve our living as long as we follow and execute all the instructions provided in the Basic, Launchpad and other Tools provided by SFI.
In this manner, there is no reason you cannot get the maximum benefits of being an SFI affiliate.

You can convince them by making yourself as an example affiliate of SFI.
You can tell them that today SFI is one of the leading company that provides real internet income worldwide and their stay in SFI will never be a bad experience unlike with their previous online businesses.
You can also tell them boldly about the SFI Marketing Plans that really provides income for those who faithfully work for it.
You tell them also that many affiliates in SFI has already improved their living after hard works with perseverance. They will know all of these (testimonies) if they will join SFI because a lot of affiliate testimonies were published from day to day.

How do I assure that duplication happens in those I sponsor?

Duplication can only be assured in your sponsor if they have continuously and actively participated in SFI and have at least achieved the rank of Executive Affiliate (EA) status.
However, it is suggested that from the beginning you must have something to do with your sponsor to encourage them to continue and make duplication by making yourself as an example. Telling them the advantages of having many down lines/sponsors and the benefits/residual income that they may get and enjoy from it.

What should new affiliates NOT do in their first month?

This is a great question for the benefit of the new affiliates.
A new affiliates should NOT do in their first month, the following acts, to wit:
Illegal Spamming, Cross-Soliciting, Autoresponders, Unauthorized Registrations/Upgrades, Advertising not approved by SFI and Other Acts Prohibited by the SFI Rules and Policies.
The new affiliates must be aware about these offenses in their first month or even in their whole life here in SFI, for them to avoid of being terminated or removed his name from SFI. Not only that, if the offense is considered severe they will be prosecuted before the Rules of Law and if found guilty will be punished accordingly.
Hope this will give guidance to the new affiliates.

It's a good question.
Absolutely yes, SFI business may be run on autopilot but limited only on advertisements to recruit or acquire PSAs, or to sell any products from TripleClicks.
In truth, autopilot already benefited myself in acquiring some of my PSAs.
However, it is obvious that any other autopilot may not be applicable to some other business transactions at SFI.
I am not very good at talking to people. How can I talk to them about SFI or TripleClicks in a simple and easy way?

A very nice question. A person not good in Oral Communication may resort to written communication.
Here in SFI, a lot of sample ready written communication were provided. So there is no reason why an Affiliate cannot talk or communicate easily to the prospect members.
SFI also provided easy Advertising Tools, you just follow the instructions and SFI will do the rest.
