New PSA's have already committed to SFI, they just need motivation and encouragement from their leaders to work it. We need to help them get started in the right direction so they do not get overwhelmed and leave.

In the past few days I have spoken to some members of mine whom have come back, they usually do when they realize they are not finding anything as good as SFI on the internet. Now they are working it, and I have committed to helping them. They are rather very grateful as we must remember they have their own reasons for leaving, I would say most of it is overwhelmed with so much to learn and read.

I reassure them they must do a lot of reading and not to be overwhelmed as it will take a few months before it finally registers that they are doing it. And that I am here for them to lead the way, just follow my lead.

Team members need to take on leadership roles as they will eventually become leaders as well, and have to teach their own downline members how to duplicate themselves as well.

First they need to learn how SFI works to be able to teach their downline members otherwise they will be overwhelmed themselves when someone asks them questions they can not answer. An effective leader should know exactly where and how to help them when the time comes, this will show the member that they know what they are doing as well and they will follow his example.

When I do my advertising ads I make sure it is
1. Looks professional like a company ad meaning it has to appeal to my eyes first
2. No spelling errors
3. KISS - Keep it Short and Sweet ( too much is a turnoff)
4. Has all the important information there
5. Leave some up to the imagination, let them be curious enough to want to click the ad

Sponsor hundreds of new PSA's each year is a great idea, but we also have to teach them how to duplicate their efforts and grow their business, or they will lose interest.

This is the hard part, however doing it is like the old say, practice makes perfect and eventually before we know it, we are doing it effortlessly.

My advice is to focus on the PSA's that are movers and teach them everything they need to know, some will need this, others will not.

"How do you handle prospects and affiliates who expect to get rich fast?"

I simply tell them that this is not a get rich quick scheme. That they have to treat this like a real job and show up every day and apply themselves totally.

They will have to take it very serious to get through all the reading materials, that takes dedication and a lot of determination.

You have to also be a believer in what you are doing, I also feel that the ones that leave have not been around marketing online for a long time, that they will be back eventually once they realize this is the best program on the internet today in my opinion. I am only sorry I never found this 15 years ago but the old saying is better late than never.
