Well this is a matter that needs immediate attention. Some Affiliates both PSAs and CSAs become very active and are Fast Track and obtain the maximum VPs within the first two days with more than 1,000VP.They then realise that scoring action points within the first month is very easy to become an EA. The Sponsor then notes slow progress after that or no login at all. The Sponsor while sending an encouraging letter inquires for the delays in login Then by an email they ask the Sponsor about maintaining this position the following month to become an EA2.
At this stage they are more or less convinced that to receive 1,500 VPs is an uphill task. Although the Sponsor diplomatically gives alternative tips and suggestions, some of the affiliates realize that extra financial involvements are necessary to achieve the required goal of becoming an EA2, and so they conveniently opt out.
Human beings are a thinking lot unlike robots and machines and realize that from the second month it will be a tedious task.
So in order to not lose active people SFI and Gary Carson should rethink and enable the affiliates to reach a lesser target to be EA2 each month which will be an encouragement to them and gradually increase the requirement for becoming Team Leaders.
Failure to resort to above will naturally result in no duplication and both the affiliates and Sponsors and Co Sponsors will opt out in disgust and frustration. So this should be a possible solution considering also the number of inactive CSAs reassigned as second home CSAs to Sponsors and Co Sponsors who are really inactive with zero logins.

Personal limitations and roadblocks are an important facet of any affiliate at SFI. In order to conquer such adversities one has to ensure that it will not adversely affect one's hopes to be successful at SFI.
For this purpose self determination and endurance are very important qualities an affiliate should develop with ' a healthy mind in a healthy body' to achieve success.

There is absolutely no guarantee in posting one's native language in the MY Country or MYregion in the forum help build SFI business. Though I am from Sri Lanka and speak my native language in Sinhalese, I am more ameable to read the English version. The problem is that some who enroll themselves as Affiliates are not informed of the readable matter in English. Actually there should be some method of informing affiliates who join of such details. They are attracted to the mention of FREE which in essence is not correct. So they give up.

Affiliates who join SFI could be young or old of different vintages. When a CSA or PSA is assigned to a Sponsor or Co Sponsor, he or she does not know how far their chit chats, emails ,Team mails , e-cards, welcome letters etc:- will be acceptable to the relevant affiliate. So the Sponsor or Co Sponsor will try their very best to encourage and lift up the spirits of the affiliate. However his or her efforts could be negated if the receiver at the other end feels that they are not interested in all the advice given.
So helping affiliates TOO much does not arise as they have their own agendas and is thus a primary result for them becoming inactive. At SFI we only express to another without knowing who it is at the other end.

Buying PSAs is a very remote possibility for an affiliate to succeed.I have been at SFI for 15 months and have noted spending money to purchase directly or through membership in Co op is not at all a success. I had more than 100 PSA s and now there is only one who clicks in and off at different times, and never became an EA. I too could not form a team.Itis frustrating. We just spend money and obtain inactive PSA s most of whom do not click even for one day.
So buying PSA s is a fallacy to most affiliates who join SFI.

Senior Citizens are persons who have retired from active service. A good strategy for attracting senior citizens to SFI is to be frank in your invitations to them. We should realize that these persons may be receiving a small pension. Hence we should be honest and tell them that they need to invest some money to reap results later on.If they could afford a Standing Order to purchase 125 TripleCredits that could be the start. they could use TCs to play Eager Zebra Games and take part in Build and Buy Auctions. We should not ask them to buy PSAs immediately, as most of them will be inactive and thus demoralize the senior citizens.

Inactivity of some affiliates is a perennial problem faced by Sponsors and Co Sponsors. Undoughtedly we need to acknowledge and accept such a person. The relevant affiliate may have been inactive due to valid personal problems or else it could have been due to laziness to login.
So we need to diplomatically question the affiliate the reasons for the inactivity, and once again accept the affiliate despite whatever reasons that will be given and once again encourage the affiliate the benefits and other perks that will be in store by login daily to improve his or her standard of living and earn a second income.
It is best to give the affiliate full recognition and give full support.

In order to maintain or boost the momentum in the group it is very important to ensure that the PSAs and CSAs are made aware of their responsibility to be their own boss in making decisions, as they have all come with the intention to receive a second income and ensure a better standard of living.
As the sponsor or Co-Sponsor the group should be encouraged to read SFI Basics, Rules for success and the 30 lessons in the Launchpad. The weekly Team mails and stream messages should convey the importance of SFI weekly News. They should be asked to participate in the Forum, play Eager Zebra games, Take part in Price blender Auctions and be a member of Triple Clicks Wave 3. To click daily on the red tabs, rate 30 answers in ASK SC and obtain tries in the Daily Grand to win E365 prizes to win prizes and ensure to obtain maximum VP daily.
As sponsors and co-sponsors should mentor the group have chats and be ready to reply to the queries sent.

It is very important for us to analyse the reasons pertaining to the difficulty to convince PSAs and CSAs to work the business despite all its advantages.
When the Sponsor or Co-Sponsor is informed immediately the welcome letter is sent along with a welcome and encouraging e-card.It may be noted with regret that there is no response at all from most of them. Zero logging is normal from most of them. Some become Fast Track Members by logging 500VP and then fade away permanently.

The reason for this is due to the SFI advertisement placing as its No 1 attraction as "Security and punctuality of your monthly payment by check or directly to your bank."
The intention to earn money quickly as an Investor working from home is lost when the affiliate realizes the work he has to do daily, provide an SO monthly and by products. Thus his intention to earn money quickly is negated.
SFI should give a broader outlook in the advertisement to the manner in which the investor should work. This will permit only those persons really interested to join SFI and will also limit the unnecessary escalation of Second Home CSAs who are a pain to a sponsor as most of them continue to be inactive.

It is an impossible task to be successful in SFI without investing money. The problem areas are to have a standing order for $36.25 monthly to obtain 1500 VPs . Then the second home CSAs that are given in recognition of the Standing Order are nearly 99% inactive.
So the alternative manner to be successful without investing money is for SFI to select affiliates properly, and give gift cards as an incentive.
