The big advantage having the Tcredits pack is you can you it for number of different things, like rewarding your PSA’s and CSA’s for a well done job, Budding on Auctions, playing games, Downloading music as well as using it to pay when you buy products.

After your EA qualifying your 1500 Versa Points you need to build your team, in that case it is
should be put in consideration having an S Builder standing order or PSA to Go to acquire
more PSA’s and PRM’s to grow your business, you can find this also from designated ECA

This is not definitely for new team members rather the old affiliates who have been
here for over a month and who has missed the first chance when they joined in for any
reason up to the beginning of time even when SFI was created, also for the same
qualified team members who have now Silver Fast Track, but not Gold to up grade their
status by having a standing order of 1500 VP to become Gold Fast Track Member.

One thing I would like to mention is, for those who want to have a standing order of 1500
VP but they think they might not holding that for a long time, and because of that , to
Shy away from getting it is, I still encourage them to get it , Yes in case if they drop out from
the Standing order they will be down graded to silver, but since they became once as
a Gold Fast Track Member , when they resume back to their 1500 VP Standing order
position they will be able to get back to Gold Fast Track again, so don’t let that stop you
from achieving Gold Now.

Your new team member don’t need this nor this apply to them.
They have a 10 days grace period to achieve either Silver or Gold on their own without
Your invitation by completing the 5 green jet icons, Starting on their seven days or so

Sometimes we go through obstacles to achieve things and language barrier is

You can find the motivated and active PSA’s in both groups. So your approach has
To be not by the length of time they have been here but by their activity how they

If you carefully choose your Designated Diamonds at the beginning you wouldn’t get

First what is your qualification for new PSA and old PSA. That’s what

We have very limited number of invitation on hand to invite to our Designated
Diamond program so we need to be very conservative to whom we send it to.
It should be a simple process to filter out, but it is what standard of qualification
You want to do for your particular team members.
Mine is very simple, but may not fit others.

I require or look who is logging everyday or every other day or at least 3 to 4
Times a week, since some have personal problem even as little as internet connection.
I log in everyday.

Highly motivated to succeed and communicate with me for help, and write me
Their achievement and progress not because I asked them, but most do it on their own,
because of the friendship I have with them by motivating them encourage them,
Recognizing them for their work and progress at all time, either on e card, instant
message here, as well as social media, so we communicate well and they have no
difficulty to share with me updates.

Having the rank don’t matter, it could be some financial problem, since we are working
In that direction to improve that, just the willingness to succeed.

Even before I send the Invitation, I send them the link to look over it, and to tell me if
