To prevent and minimze information overload for our new affiliates, we as sponsors play an important role. SFI has provided all the resources to all infos and trainings, we on our part plays a teacher and friends role, pointing to guidelines and answers their questions.

We were given options to view their actions through our genealogy tools, and communication with them are so vital, so as to build good friendship and trust as a Team Partnership.

Action guides has to be in sequence, focusing on what better things they should do on their Day 1
Example: A warmth Welcome letter consist of 3 categories.
1) congratulates them into our SFI teamwork
2) and some advice for them to set up their Profile page.
3) Not to forget our high hope for their reply, to continue our communication onward.

Monitoring their progress from our Genealogy, and to follow up exercise on Day 3 will be more about Versapoints, maintaining above Green Line, Compensation Plan, Leadership and Income.

If they do well here, it is then time for them to learn about their bonus Fast Track.

All these are a simple guideline towards an awesome sponsoring method and understanding our new affiliates without overwhelming them with information overload.

Upon everything, it relys everything on Communication and Replys from both party.

This is a great question..

I will answer this by focusing more on 'Good Leadership' and Rewards.
A good leadership practice good friendship and relationship with quality trust, understanding and respect among each other.
Everybody loves rewards. Especially after achieving any success or after completing any Team Project.

It all begins from our honest communication. Human loves honesty too. Starting from our first welcome letter, follow up techniques and the sharings of almost anything.

Statistics shows that replies are very low from our sign ups. We shouldn't give up but just keep sponsoring, because there will be one that will reply. The positive one, and once they do, our communication starts.

Since SFI has already handle most of the training guideline and newsletters, our part now is trying to be their good friend. Enhance communication by wanting to know more about them rather than ourself.
TIPs; Try ask more about their financial goals and their status. How much they aim to receive income every month and their experiences in Business, Sales and Marketing, especially Internet Marketing.

By asking this, we somehow have some good background ideas to start our next conversation and nurture our relationship. By answering us, we hope they are comfortable and can be guide to fill up their profile and goal section, whitelist Emails, upload photo and more... Adding some humour between conversation is also recommended..

Connect with them the next day follow up on their progress allow us to view their conduct especially how far they understand SFI and TripleClicks. Maybe it is also time to mention about rewards (example; a $20 Gift Certificate to create their first sale) within their 10 days also about their FastTrack Bonus.

Get in close contact with them, Email, social media, Stream or SFI Chat.. Guide them , reward them and help them..

The best to utilize 'Designated Diamond Program' with the team is to work accordingly building up the structure as illustrate in 'The Diamond Plan'.

So, now we have had few categories..
New PSAs , Old PSAs , Our DD , and the Unactive ..

My strategies would be..
Work actively with our DD..
Share their every little success to other groups especially the New PSAs and Old PSAs, because they were actives..

Not forgotting the Unactive members, spread everyones success via Genealogy mail newletter, hopefully they may also wake up into new activities towards everyone's success.

From my opinion, there are no other best way to qualify for an EA every month, rather than purchasing of TC125 on Standing Order.

Without TCredits , we cant complete many task from TripleClicks, which also means that it is more difficult to gain our action vps.

Especially to take part in the PB auction, an opportunity to earn our PSAs from the Bid & Build.

There are indeed more benefits having these TCredits in hand..
Besides receive 1500 svp and auto qualifies an EA,
Every month 100 avp more for maintaining our Standing Order.

As we all knew, we are together here in SFI to learn, how to create an Income and setting up business, from home.

All activities and programs in SFI is a training format for all to practise and follow, duplicating act will only helps to form us as a Strong Foundation Internationally SFI.

By treating this business as our real business, we will soon understand the reason why, we must have something or value to practise every month, starting back from point 'Zero'
