I think if you keep things simple for your team this will go a long way into building a successful team.

Just encouraging your team members to read SFI basics, the launchpad, and the SFI three-step simple plan, will go a long way for laying out the foundation for your prospective affiliates to grow and prosper with this business.

If you need to keep motivating and encouraging your affiliates to do some reading and basic actions in order to build build a successful business than these people are not the ones that you want to be working with.

It's not hard to make executive affiliate every month. The trouble for me has been trying to recruit affiliates who see the value in becoming an executive affiliate and maintaining executive affiliate status every single month. Once the light bulb went on for me I recognized how valuable SFI really is in building a successful business for ourselves. People who do not want to become an executive affiliate and maintain that status every single month either do not want to be in business for themselves or have yet been educated enough to understand the value of this business. Our job is not to force people to want to be in business for themselves, instead we help educate the people who want to be in business for themselves on how SFI is the best in doing just that.

We accomplished that by learning from our upline and applying those things learned into our business. We then take those elements that worked to make us successful with our own businesses and teach our teams to duplicate it for themselves.

The beauty of SFI is being able to earn on six different income streams. The easiest stream to earn is earning versa points. This is the stream that begins accumulating commissions on day one just for reading articles, clicking on links, setting up your profile, contacting your sponsor etc. etc.

The beauty of the versa points stream is it can be earned on 12 levels once you become platinum team leader. This is the sort of income that makes dreams come true, bills paid, and new purchases that you dreamed of making but can't right now because your budgeting.

Then you have your direct purchases stream from your TripleClicks store. This is where you can market over 100,000 products and services worldwide to people all over the world. This stream earns instant commissions. A great way to confirm email correspondence would be to include a call to action. This call to action can be a sale, a reply to the email, or some other action that would allow you to find out who within your team has done the action.

If you have invested in an email program than a surefire way would be to check the statistics and reports to see who opened the emails and even clicked the links within the email. Many programs like aWeber and Mail Chimp give detailed statistics on some of the basic email actions such as just opening the email.

I think most people within SFI have not invested in an email program such as these which might be the best recourse for finding out who is opening your emails.

One of the call to actions that my upline has taught me was to ask the recipients to respond to the email once it was read. I will receive a message in my inbox from my team members from this call to action which puts them on my radar as people who are serious about there business.

I would do nothing. Your time should be spent growing your business and working with those affiliates that want to recruit and engage in duplication. Spending your time with these affiliates, trying to induce progress, will only hinder your own progress.

People who are successful in this business are folks who have the drive to want to succeed. These people do not want to work for other people, instead they have a drive to be successfully self-employed without much motivation from others to do so. Having this drive from within induces progress without much motivation from others. They will work with the sponsors for guidance along the way and learn from those who have become successful business owners.

The best thing you can do is continually send out those weekly emails into the inbox so that hopefully one of those emails speaks to the mindset that begins a drive within themselves to want to succeed at this business. But if they don't want it then I would spend my time with those that do and grow into a thriving business that lasts a lifetime.

Communication is best when you outline a clear objective to your downline to achieve the same success that you did.

If you are - or become a member of - any of the team lead positions within this organisation then letting your downline know EXACTLY how you achieved the same success will not only do wonders for their business but YOURS as well.

Any type of communication whether it is phone calls, CSA mailers, PSA Mailers, emails, social media, postal mail, ANYTHING that works to grab a few minutes of one of your team members time, will work to help out your downline to achieve the same results as you. You just have to make sure whatever type of communication tool builds some type of back and forth rapport that will allow you to be able communicate.

I would ask them if they want to become successful in life. Not only with affiliate marketing but just in general. I would ask them what made them join SFI in the first place and let them know that SFI is still there for them. I imagined they signed up for a reason so I would also ask why they stopped and provide solutions to those answers.

There are a whole host of resources and motivational things that your able to relay to them. My personal favorite is Gift Certificates. If you build up a rapport with second home CSAs and they are just struggling to jump back in and get started again, then a Gift certificate is a great way to get started.

If while discussing with your affiliate that they are struggling to get leads then maybe a gift certificate for PSAs will get them motivated. Not to mention you receive back 45% and those potential other affiliates could end up being gems as well..growing your business even further just for helping out.

The main thing I think is just building that rapport through email and IM. These are the lifeblood of your business because making friends is the way to go. These people are crucial to your success and they should be treated as such.

You can utilize YouTube by branding yourself or a unique SFI marketing video made by you, outlining all of the key aspects of the business. Maybe award a $12 gift card to tripleclicks for opting into your list after the video.

I would try and rank high for a well searched keyword with high demand but not being used much in order to create a flood of free traffic to your video. This keyword should be related to affiliate marketing, making money on the internet, etc. These termas are too broad and being used by the most successful internet marketers but a much narrower keyword related to those words should do the trick. Maybe a localized keyword like bronx ny internet marketing will work. Then, utilize SEO methods that bring results in order to rank high.

Also, a PPC campaign on Facebook, Google, etc will work as well. Even though PPC campaigns will work, they can get pricey if you don't know what your doing in this regards.

Utilize skype by instantly being available for questions to prospective affiliates and tripleclick members. Since skype is mobile, you can even be reached by phone as well while away from home. This type of availability will set you apart from many folks who tend to shy away from being readily available.

Once they are your team members you can use skype to keep your PSA's afloat with any new techniques and tips you might have learned in order to help maximize your business.

Since skype is free, it is a great point of contact for people all over the world where many of your team, and potential team, members will reside.
