Hello,

My Movers tab gives the list of affiliates in your team who are more active for the current month.Because active affiliates are extremely valuable, you should make sure you check your list of Movers and provide support to each of these persons.

Now there are two things that you can look for:-

1) Keep encouraging the active affiliates so that they can move up the ladder which is a win-win situation.

2) Those affiliates that are not appearing in the list are the ones which you need more focus on to get them active, use some of your leadership skills to bring them back.

More active affiliates you get gradually in MY MOVERS tab, the best your team's performance is.

Hi,

This is a great question.. Hope the below would provide some idea to handle it.

Firstly, if your PSA has been informed about SFI business and he understands clearly as to how SFI works and make money, this question would not have arisen.

However, you can still motivate him by generating some sales and with the commission you get, get him some gifts that would encourage him to build a team.

Lastly, when he does so, you may not have the worry of your PSA not recruiting affiliates as he will be one who is going to boost your business.. :-)

My suggestion would be as below:-

1) Introduction about each members

2) Seek the list of people who want to share their knowledge about SFI business (this can give more insights about SFI that you would not have got by reading articles)

3) Let them share their practical experience in developing SFI business with some examples

4) Also, check new affiliates who can talk about their sponsor and how SFI is helping them to build business

5) You can request tenured and successful SFI affiliates to talk about their journey with SFI and ups and downs in their journey and how they succeeded

6) You can ask everyone to bring their potential customers to the meeting that will help to convert them to PSAs and they are very much charged to fly.. :-)

7) Distribute Gift certificates to motivate people

8) All ways and means to succeed in SFI can be presented to all customers by preparing small, crisp presentation that can help!!

Well, this is a good question and hope my below opinion would be helpful for many SFI friends.

If I had to reassign people in my down line, my strategy would be to identify potential leaders and boost them by reassigning few under him.

The reason being, it motivates him further and can potentially results in huge duplication which is good business in SFI.

Everyone understands here that strong TEAM is important for SUCCESS and it is also true that SUCCESS doesn't come without hard work.

Let me tell you what one my friend in SFI do, trust that will help you as well as other friends that reads this.

He just do not send email telling them to log on to SFI, do to-do list, earn VP, do duplication, purchase needed products from TripleClicks instead of other stores etc., but always runs a competition with some reward and he has been successful (not though 100% but at least 50%) in converting inactive affiliates to active affiliates.

I have learnt this from him and will definitely do it. Suggestion here would be for you is to engage in motivating, encouraging your downline in all possible ways as that is our main job as leaders..

I do the below on daily basis:-

1) Complete daily to-do list that will ensure I get 12 VP on a daily basis

2) Go through new products that have come in TripleClicks - This will help to advertise on your blog/website which ever can attract more customers

3) Look at monthly plan's current status, work towards it to ensure you just don't set goals for Versa Points but to ensure you follow it up and meet goals

4) Talk to sponsors for advice and suggestions

5) Have chat with your team members (esp. those who are active) and motivate them to do the same job that I do (all incl. duplication)

6) Play Games on Triple Clicks and relax incl. T-Time

7) Go through alerts and glance forum for more ideas and for continuous improvement in business

8) Advertising/Marketing for new sign ups and product sales on TripleClicks

9) Keep a check on your position (class, country etc.,)

10) Repeat 1-9 in case of excess time that I can spend.

Then, this program must be introduced as an additional option that exists for any affiliates to fast tract the business and it's lot of benefits that comes along with.

Well, that's an important question when you see PSAs/CSAs are not much active.

I had the same question and what I do is every time new CSAs or PSAs come under me, I used to send separate email and ensure I do not get delivery failure notification.

Again, to join SFI business, all affiliates must provide valid email address and hope this issue is taken care at the first stage itself.

This seems like questions from many of our SFI friends..

Answer here is very simple.. If you were to have your own main business, how much time and effort would you have put to stabilize and how much time would you have invested till you see decent profit.. That will be the answer for SFI business as well...

I am not saying that you should spend more time, but QUALITY time with more DEDICATION that will bring in lot of money to you and investing time in your people steadily, motivating them to achieve what they want will all contribute to build successful and profitable SFI business.
