I'm sorry but in this my answer will have to be negative because by whatever yardstick i could use, my sponsor is a hopeless case. She has the appropriate buzzwords like 'team' and 'duplication' on her leadership pages and she has 'I'm here to help' sprinkled here and there but I suppose she got a hand from her sponsor in setting those up (they share the same family name so I assume they are related). However, those are all just hollow words because there certainly is no teamwork, encouragement,

What is the most important message I must convey to my team to prevent them becoming inactive?

Khalida;

The one critical message to convey is that quitting is losing and that staying the course is always winning. There is no middle ground on this question because there are only 2 possible eventualities. The one is the affiliate quits and that is a loss pure and simple. He or she has utterly given up any chance of succeeding. I should also note that if they quit in SFI then it's most likely that they are also quitting in other pursuits so the likelihood of their winning at anything

Should I stick strictly to using SFI's system or would it benefit me to add some of my own touches and strategies?

Do you really mean 'touches and strategies' or do you mean 'tools and tactics'?

As far as advertising and graphics go, SFI doesn't want you to go it alone until you reach a certain plateau in your business. In the beginning at least, you should stick with the banners and text provided in the marketing aids section. As for the strategies as well, you should stick with the recommended methods too. The difference to your business over time will more depend on your application of those

What are some tips for winning the Eager Zebra Card King game?

I honestly think there is no winning strategy other than to just play. It's like calling a flipped coin. One strategy is to call heads while the other strategy promotes predicting a tails outcome. With card king the element of chance is modified by the value of the card - if it's a high card then the odds are the next one will be lower and vice versa. What I'm saying here is that you should just go with your gut instinct and just play it - and that in itself is the guaranteed winning strategy.

Mary;

I intend to use the new ECA tab in the same way that I use the TC tab and the New Products Listing in the daily todo list. I use those for inspiration and motivation.

I have a blog site. Actually, I have several and the one thing that every blog needs is fresh and original content. The other thing a blog needs is content that supports and links to a product or service the blog can provide. In my opinion, content + appropriate monetization = success.

Hi William;

Today I'm a Platinum Team Leader, a Gold Fast Track member and I'm currently 2nd in my class as an E365 qualifier. But believe it or not, I got knocked out in the first round.

For the first week after joining I didn't do anything with SFI. I didn't even check in until I had already missed the first week's cut. I was upset but then I saw the E365 second chance program!

I'm sure you've heard of the old adage that reads 'Don't put all your eggs into one basket.' This is sage advice for all of your investments and the money you put into advertising is no exception. You need to spread your advertising dollar around and then track the results.

1. Many people think they will get the best deals by doing it by themselves. They say that the lawyer that represents himself has a fool for a client. Perhaps you might put some of your seed capital into a coop

Hi;

Here is a good off-topic hint - Save Your Work! I just lost what I originally wrote here.

But now to your question;

Athletes find that repetitious training that commits an action to 'muscle memory' is the best way. I actually concur with that philosophy because when I do something over and over in the same way it does become second nature. I perform my daily/weekly/monthly actions in excatly the same order every time and that is certainly the best way for

Being an ECA or referring an ECA, which will be more beneficial to an affiliate?

The answer to this question is simple. Referring an ECA is more beneficial to an affiliate and the reason I'm so certain of this can be rendered down to one word - LEVERAGE.

Referring an ECA takes a finite amount of time. When the task is finished, the ECA simply makes you residual money and you never have to really lift a finger again in assistance. That leave you time to expend the effort to refer another ECA - and your leverage has just doubled. And that boild down to another word

What is the best way to help people who do not have money to invest in SFI?

The best way to help them is to impress upon them that they will be MUCH better off if they find the money to invest.

The most important and valuable thing you can invest in SFI and your future is your time. But most people don't value their time high enough to remain motivated. So when they get lazy or frustrated, they may rationalize it away by saying "Oh well, it's only my time that I've lost if I quit now.

On the other hand, the person who has invested money, especially
