Well put I would say that these are some of the methods that I use to get listed on Google , Bing and other highly popular Search engines :

From Article Marketing to submission of Videos to the various Video sites like YouTube to doing Niche blogs and landing pages with focused Keywords or phrases to setting up a fan page with videos and regular quality niche articles to researching and using Google Adwords , yahoo Search marketing and Bing search marketing platforms to boost your popularity and signups to setting up a related Domain name and a Blog and build it around your DGI business remembering to update and add content on a regular basis say once a week to get up on the ranking .

start a blog and Set up a domain following the KISS principle and related to your niche wherever possible as 1 of the keywords and ping it to creating a Facebook Page and build up your content to making videos and upload it on to YouTube to Guest blogging whenever you possibly can and have it link back to the relevant content on your site say through your signature on these posts and comments

Well in my opinion putting a successful campaign together will entail deploying a combination of both online and offline methods and also to leverage on all the existing resources out there at SFI be it the various E-cards , TC Gift cards , various gateways, prestige domains .

More important when doing so is to remember to track them so that you know what works for you and then thereafter u you can focus more on it.

Some online campaigns can be as simple as SCOOP Builders or other ECAs Affilaites Builder to placing online classified on paid and free sites to safe lists to traffic exchanges to social media platforms such as Instagram,Pinterest , Facebook and Twitter

Offline can be from handout of flyers to placing ads to word of mouth and so on.

I would say that looking at the Genealogy as well as the movers section can tell u who are the ones who are more active and login regularly vis a vis those who are not active and with that in mind you can better establish rapport and contact with them to motivate them to do more as a team or find out why they are not doing anything or much at all.
Always try to offer whatever support n remember that communicating and building a relationship and rapport with them is key to ones success

I would say that even if u think u are not cut for sales it's not the end of the world
Just focus and do the things that u are good at and can help to build up a full time income
You can either plug into some coops to bring in some more affiliates or stry your hand at winning more csas
Most important ant of all be at least an EA to reap n maximise the rewards and do what you can to identify the 5 movers so that u can then motivate n have them duplicate what u are doing
Never stop promoting n doing whatever u can so as to crate the momentum necessary to propel u for further success and don't forget to rope in your uplines as we'll in this for they too have a stake in your success for your success ultimately is tied to theirs
