I suggest you send out to your genealogy an email alerting them to your training webinar and give them a Date and time and link to where you will hold it.
Make it informative and relevant to a topic of high interest so it catches their attention. Follow this up with a link for them to sign up to attend which should include their email address so you may alert them a day before the webinar and again the day of it as most people need a lead time and reminders since they lead full time lives as well.
