In my opinion I think the best way to become an EA and to maintain that status is to make a Standing Order of 125 TCredits, and automatically you get 1500 VP.
Not everyone in this bussines has the money to make standing orders, especially in the first months of work with SFI, so I think in that case the best is to have more active PSA's so you can earn VP from them.
