ECA's are human beings. We can find them all over the face of the earth. Just because one comes from USA and another comes from some other part of the world doesn't mean that they won't understand ... It's just another language they speak ... not different words.

People are all the same with different color, environments, family, etc. Use respect, speak simply and direct. Make sure they know they can ask any question and you will do your best to answer. Don't give up. Be gentle for the simple reason that you don't know where they've been. It's better to start out gentle and work your way into a strong relationship than coming across tough and hurting them; loosing all chance of a future business relationship.
