The many tools that are made available by SFI and TripleClicks are all important for reaching the levels of success that each and every affiliate desires.

As the new affiliates gain knowledge and skill in Internet marketing the need for certain tools will change as far as being the most important tool at that time.

If the affiliates in SFI would utilize all the tools that have been freely given to us, there would be a lot more people making the top levels and the big incomes. All the tools are needed to build a strong team and a stable (and ever growing) residual income.

To just pick one tool as the “best” to use, I would have to say that it must be your personal goals using the goal setting form that SFI has provided for us. The reason I say this is because if you do not have any real goals set then no matter how good the other tools are, you will not succeed in this business.

It is the goals and desires that burn in our heart that drives us to using and obtaining the best results from the tools that SFI has so generously provided all the affiliates with.

It does not matter how powerful your bow is or how straight your arrows are or even how much of an expert archer you are, if you have no target to shoot at then your tools are useless.

Your dreams and desires are the goals in which your target is set, the bow and the arrows (SFI tools) are what is needed to hit the target.

And, I find it rather difficult to choose, among all these "Power Tools", a single one as the "most important".

Thus, let me address your question in the following manner: to regroup the tools in three main categories: (i) Sponsoring tools; (ii) Team communication and management tools, and (iii) Advertising tools.

The sponsoring tools are: (a) PSAs to Go and S-Builder Co-op, (b) Co-op Manager, and (c) Lifetime Custom Prestige Domain. These work hand in hand with our gateways, especially the last three. We need the gateways to fully take advantage of the S-Builder Co-op, the Co-op Manager and the Lifetime Custom Prestige Domain. Although the Gateways are not listed among the "Power Tools", they are still a necessary component of any sponsoring effort.

The Team Communication and Management Tools are: (1) All the Mailers, (2) the Genealogy, (3) the Affiliate and Reassignment Managers, and (4) the Gift Certificate Manager.

The Advertising tools are: the Key Code Tracking and Hit Tracker Tracking.

From my point of view, it is easier to make a determination of the most important group this way, rather than picking one single tool.

Fortunately, your question does imply that the other tools as also highly useful. We need to use them at the same time to be truly successful.

With that caveat, the "Sponsoring tools" have to be the most important. If we do not have affiliates, we do not have a business to speak off. As the sponsoring tools help us in getting those affiliates, they have to rank at the top.

This is the most sensible way to answer your question.

SFI has lots of tools an Affiliate can use in building a profitable business. From the point of recruitment, SFI provides Gateways, Marketing aids like Banners, Text ads, E- Card, Flyer, Postcard, Car magnets etc Closely related to that we have Hit Tracking, Key codes, Coop Manager etc.
For following up, you have PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer, Affiliate Manager, Gift Certificate etc.

But, there is one tool I find very versatile, flexible and effective in building a successful business, that is the GENEALOGY.

Recruiting Affiliate is only a preliminary part of the job. What an Affiliate becomes most of the time is a product of robust training, follow up and close monitoring. The Genealogy tool, if properly understood and utilized can turn idle and inexperienced PSA and CSA into a star in the business.

The Genealogy shows you the number of Affiliates you have in your team, and list them out by their generation. It includes also the number of your CSAs. The summation of VersaPoints of your team by their generations is also available. So easily, you have a complete overview of the current state of your team at a particular day of the month. This gives room for adequate strategy to meet your team's goals.

You have the option of viewing the CONDENSED Genealogy, that is 90-day logins, EAs, and affiliates w/Standing Orders only. With this, you are able to access your promising Affiliates. This speaks a lot of volumes as regards business building.


At the center section of Genealogy, you have fields in which you'll be able to select a particular group or class of Affiliates using Sorts and Filters. Very good and important question.

I've been in SFI a year now and will answer from what I have learnt so far.

I think Communication is the most important tool to use for building a successful SFI business.

Communication in the form of communicating with our affiliates, (our downline) effectively.

We can advertise/promote products to sell or refer prospects to TripleClicks, but that is not enough.

We can advertise or use other methods to sponsor affiliates, but that is not enough too, if we don't communicate with them.

Communication with PSAs/CSAs is very important. It is the efforts of our affiliates that will boost our income. So it is important to learn well and pass on the knowledge to our downline who in turn will pass it on to their downline.

This is called Duplication. As they earn, we earn too.

So I would say having effective communication with our Teams is the most important thing to do to be successful in SFI business.

In all human endeavours there are efforts and there are results, and the strength of your effort is the measure of the results you get.
Duplication is the biggest income earner in SFI if used to the fullest. To succeed in duplication, mastering the genealogy tool
and adding strategies to it is the top secret to building a strong team. The genealogy tool is the most important tool you can use to build a thriving and successful business in SFI. To get the most out of your genealogy tool means understanding it's detailed working.
The genealogy tool gives a detailed report of your SFI business, and you can maximize the use of it by monitoring and giving advice on the activities of your affiliates (PSAs and CSAs) as follows:

1. Create any view of reports you want to see on your affiliates:

A. Use the Sort tool to select specific category of your affiliates:
- Arrange them based on current month VersaPoint; date joined SFI;last login; Keycode; SFI ID etc;

B. Use the Filter tool to get specific range of results:
- Example how many affiliates whose power rank 'equals to', 'less than', or 'greater than' 10.
- Determine country rank, class rank, city etc of a range of affiliates;
- Evaluate your business success e.g how many affiliates are new TLs, new EAs etc. in the current month;

2. Use the email/team mail tool to send email/team mails to all affiliates in your team.

1. Reassign consistent and always active PSAs to help build your team.

3. Since an affiliate can be reassigned only once, be convinced of your action; so you don't lose your benefits.
4. Use the WIN-WIN approach; For every affiliate you sponsor this month, I'll match it.
5. Another strategy is to use the reassignment tool as an incentive for your PSAs to achieve success.
6. Organize Team Leaders and put EAs under them. Develop Team Leaders who will be making profit, and therefore tend to remain active.
7. Compensation plan for your PSAs. If they sponsor their first affiliate you reward them with two extra for example.
8. Reward every milestone achieved by your PSAs. e.g become Team Leader, and get two PSAs FREE etc.

This is a good question because most of the time the most important thing is the thing that is indirect proportion to the actual results. For me the most important tool is key codes. Let me explain why.
SFI provides us with many important tools. All of them are important because they interact like human body's parts. All of them can't work on their own. In order for them to give successful results, they need to work with others.
In any business, advertising is very important. Whether you have a best website or shop, if there is no traffic/customers it becomes useless. To get this traffic/customers we promote/advertise on different places, spending lot of time, money or both.
Key codes help us a lot about our adverts. From the key codes you can learn lot of things like to know which ads and places works for us and you can see which places gives you real people and fake people. So we don't have to waste lot of our time and money on ads/places that do not work for us.
So, as I said I said that all the tools are important and they interact. We need other tools to advertise then use key codes to track the adverts, then use other tools to be successful in our business.
So the key codes are most important because they save you lot of time, money or both, which is very important for any business to succeed.
