For me, the most important SFI tool is the Genealogy Report. In reality, it is much, much more than just a report.

The filter tools is amazing. I can see who is advancing and who might need some help. If someone needs a little help I can go to the Gift Certificate tab and send a gift.

I can send group messages to high achievers or send a group message to those who have not logged in for a long time.

Click on all the tabs on the Genealogy report. You will be amazed at what you can learn about and how you can help your team.

The most important business tool that is contributed by the SFI, however is the TRIPLE CLICKS. It is the "Business Mall" in the real sense. The details in summary are dealt with in answer to a separate question on Tripleclicks. In Tripleclicks, there is a lot of money for you as business man, a lot of income-savings in Pricebenders auctions, a lot of business build-up through S-Coop, a lot of relief, relaxation and earnings at the same time through Games. To top this all, Its contribution of 40% of its income through sales, however is available in the form of Executive pool for all Affiliates ie., from Exev..Affiliate to Diamond Team Leader.

This is where I grow my SFI business. Everything you need to do for step 3 of the 3 step plan is from your Genealogy. You can congratulate, reward and teach your team from your Genealogy. By learning to use the filters you can see who may need help or encouragement. With the TeamMail feature you can communicate with your team and know that both their SFI and email address will get the message. From your Genealogy you can reward your movers with TCredits or Gift Certificate and help those struggling by reassigning them to someone closer or who speaks their language.

There are various tools to use, however, the important tools you need to build a successful business will depend on your preferences, strategic objectives, goals and personal resources; both time and money. There are several dynamics in building a business, so the important tools you need today may be different from the ones you may need the next day.

Also the important tools you need when building your team will be different from the important tools you need when engaging in TC sales promotion efforts, and also different for referrals, SFIPPA etc.

However, I am mindful of the fact that you asked for a tool (1), so the most important tool in my opinion, is TRAINING MATERIAL for the following reasons:

1. It provides knowledge and I hope you understand that knowledge is power which influences your ability to building a successful business.

2. Successful people are good readers, so when you develop the habit of learning something new every day and applying same to your business, then you will be more strengthened to build your business in order to meet current challenges and grasp future opportunities; .this is why Henry Hartman said 'Success always comes when preparation meets opportunity.'

3. All other tools you will think about will be as effective as your understanding of them, so knowledge acquisition improves your understanding, appreciation and application of these tools.

The most important SFI tool I have been describing is the TRAINING tab on your SFI affiliate centre, click on it and do justice to the information contained in it. I opt for this because it teaches you how to build a successful business here and it touches on almost all income generating aspects. To underscore the importance of training yourself, I leave you with the quote below.

SFI offers many different streams of income which you can read in the basics, Compensation Plan but in order to make money out of these income streams you have to advertise in order to let people know that SFI and Tripleclicks exists. Why do you think SFI is providing you with Marketing Tools in the affiliate center for free and paid ones on Tripleclicks?

If you read day 2 on the Launchpad you will also find a link that leads you to the "about SFI" page. In there you will learn about Gery Carson and the Corporation that owns this program and it will also allow you to see how this business became so successful.

It boils down to marketing and advertising as the lifeblood to this and any other business. For almost 20 years affiliates have been using both online and offline methods to Sponsor affiliates and sell products. I am sure that Gery Carson himself had to do the work of spreading the word about SFI and Tripleclicks when he first started to build his business and get his first signups and sell his first TC product. That is you can have a very high valued diamond but if you do not send the message out there to people no one will know that you exist then you will not make a dime.

Before deciding what tool is the best tool for building a successful business, you first need to determine what success is for you.

If you feel success is sponsoring a huge number of people, the Hit Tracker would be the best tool. The Hit Tracker enables you to see where your prospect and new PSA's are coming from, which advertising method is working the best for you. You can then concentrate your advertising on the method that works best for you and expand your network quicker.

If you want a huge business, but do not have any experience in sponsoring people or internet marketing, the best tool for success would be the S-Builder, which enables you to capitalise on other people's expertise to grow your network.

If you want to make more money faster, the advertising system, specifically advertising for ECA's would be the best tool for you. If you sponsor one successful ECA, you will earn 10% royalties for life!

Therefore the best would be for you to decide what success is for you before you decide what the best tool is.

My personal option is to decide what you want, learn all you can about SFI and then use as many of the tools provided to achieve the goals that you have set for yourself.

The most important tool begins with the one using it. If you want to maximize your potential you must understand and know how to utilize the tools you have available. For example lets say you are building something that requires the use of complex power tools which you will be using for the first time. You will need to read the users guide and learn how to use them. Your most important tool is useless if you don't know how to operate it correctly.

Communication is the most important tool you have. It means everything to your business and without it you'll end up failing. Your presence in the Forum, Ask SC, Advertising and personal presentation both written and oral are all intrinsically tied to the effectiveness of your communication. You will be employing all of SFI Power Tools. Each one serves a purpose that can help you grow and manage your team.

Knowledge is powerful asset to have in this business. If you are not learning and staying up to date yourself you will loose credibility with your team. Being able to bond and develop trust is also very essential to team growth. Keep it real, act natural, don't pressure people and don't be weird.

SFI has provided as Power Tools for us to use for building a successful business. These tools would be useless if you do not have a nice advertising site to promote your business. There is no good advertising sites available in the web because if the advertising site is good, the owner would not allow you to post your ads and would just make use of it for himself.

The best the most important tool to use for building a successful business is to own a personal advertising website for your team and share the bill to pay it's monthly dues. In this way you and your teammates got control over the site. You can promote SFI, TripleClicks and your SFI Coop forever.

There are no tools in SFI that work without your hand. If you look at ALL of the successful SFI affiliates they are ACTIVE AND USING THE TOOLS. Whether that is one gateway link or all of the marketing banners and emails, they must be active to build a successful SFI business.

This is a people driven business and you must keep that in the top of your mind at all times. There is no SFI without the people.

The training, marketing tools and support are only ever going to be as good as the people who use them. So get to work and start promoting your business using ALL of the tools available to YOU.
