There are so many good tools that SFI offers.

I will have to suggest the Movers List is vital for each
Team Leader to stay on top of his/her active team members,
Both PSAs and CSAs.
From this one page you can access each affiliates To-Do List,
profile, current standing and review your individual notes.
They can be easily contacted via Profile page with an ECard,
or chat if on line.
It is a quick way to determine who needs to be contacted
for inspiration, reward, updates or tips.

As stated, there are so many good tools.
Genealogy would be my best 2nd answer.

It's rather difficult to say which would be the "most important" tool, as I think there are several of great value:

S-Builder Coop and PSAs to Go come immediately to mind as an easy way to recruit. Still takes work to get them active, regardless of how you acquire them.

Marketing training and aids (ads, cards, flyers, etc.), and the Internet Income Course is probably above even the SBuilder and PSAs to Go, since the course teaches you how to use the internet to gain affiliates, do marketing, etc.

For me,SFI's most important tool to use for building business are:

My Gateway List- lot of Gateways with your own ID number.

Coop- Great thing to make a bigger,stronger team. Advertising together is an opportunity for U to build your downline,and for your affiliates too.

Gift certificate- Nice way to say thank U to your team.

Gift cards- Where ever U go,U can give a gift card to someone,it is a nice present and invitation to visit TripleClicks.U can use electronic cards to email them to everyone too.

All the tools at SFI are important for building your business. There is no one tool that is more important. All tools have been placed there by President Gery Carson and those who work with him, to help you succeed in your business. These tools work together very well.

I would say that if you want to use these tools effectively, go to the Tools Area at the SFI Affiliate Center and study in detail how to use them. There are really good marketing and other documents there which will help you learn how to use each of these tools and why they are so important. Above all, realize that these are what they say they are, tools. Read about them and study everything you need to know and use them. Be sure to train your affiliates to do the same.

In my opinion, there is no such tool in SFI that is most important to use for building a successful business. In fact it is the combination of various tools and methods which are important to build your SFI business. The can be listed as follows.

1. We need to make sales/purchases from our own TripleClicks store.

2. We need to earn required number of Versa Points to maintain our Rank.

3. In order to have those required VPs we need to do the following tasks regularly.

4. Visit our SFI Home page daily and complete our daily tasks by reading information under the each RED tab and take action wherever necessary.

5. Complete our Weekly & Monthly actions as well.

6. To score more versa points we need to take part in biddings for our favourite items.

7. We should play Eager Zebra games not only to educate/entertain ourselves but to score more Versa Points.

8. Advertising FREE/PAID SFI/TC links on daily bais is also most important.

9. Above all we need to maintain a minimum of 1500 VPs Standing Order for keeping our SFI business in good shape and order.

10. We need to regularly communicate with our downline and provide them the necessary guidance/help.

To build a successful business in SFI you need to focus on duplication.

Duplication is SFI’s most important tool. That is getting members of your team to do and repeat what you have done – such as recruiting members and then sponsoring them. They in turn will build their teams, recruiting and sponsoring their own teams who then keep on repeating the same process. It should keep going on like this. This is duplication.

Duplication of course does not stand alone as you can see. Good sponsoring, recruiting and team building are essential to ensure duplication.

You can certainly make a lot of money by simply promoting TripleClicks products and services by yourself. But what if more people in your team are doing the same with the upward flow of benefits to you the team leader? You will make a whole lot more money. The most important tool:
When I signed up I came across a page that gave affiliates an incredibly simple formula to success. Sign up five affiliates and train all five to do what you did to become successful.
With this in mind I believe that the S~Builder would be your best tool although every affiliate has different needs. Some need to learn advertising, others how to recruit, and than there are those that need to learn PR and how to KEEP what you got. Great question! I think the most important tool is the genealogy tool. This will tell you many things about your PSA's and CSA's - when they signed up, last logged in, profile details, etc. You can learn alot about them from here and also use this tool to generate emails to the PSA's and CSA's you want to - use one of the convenient filters to define the group you want your mail to go to - such as PSA's in the last 10 days, or last month, or CSA's this month, etc. The filters allow you to see recent signups and you can also filter on last login date - to focus on the more active, or on the less active if you're trying to wake sleepers :)

I hope this helps - the genealogy tool is a great tool in the SFI package that should be utilized by more affiliates...

Considering all the great tools that SFI has to offer, I would say the most important one is the Genealogy and all of it's various parts.

With it we can keep track of the progress of all of our PSA, CSAs and Generations. We can see both their growth in VP and keep track of their log ins.

We can look at where they are from and use that information to build local teams by using the reassignment page. If we choose to use a translator, we can this to group languages by sending to each country.

We can send Gift Certificates, TCredits, and letter to specific people.

We can send letters to large groups of affiliates or narrow it down to a limited group or even just one person.

While you may consider each tab on the Genealogy to be a single tool, together they form a very impressive mechanism to manage our teams.
