What is working for someones is not working for others !That's normal .But ...

1.You must know as well as possible your upline and downline !Feel free for discover which are their goals, targets , what they like or not like. First of all find out what is their motivation joining on SFI .
You must react like a team , that's why the team power is the most important tool in your work.
You cannot create important benefits and long time residual earnings only by yourself.
2.Duplication is a great tool.If you affiliates see what you are doing and how much you grow everyday/ every month they will do the same .
3.Advertising can be a good tool , too . Many people buy products and services based on ads , banners, friends/family reviews.Invite all business owners you know to became an ECA ! That's will get you the most valuable comisions .

I am sure there would be varied opinions about which is the best individual tool because every affiliates situation is different. The most successful tool is TripleClick Credits. A successful business consists of a combination of all aspects of the information provided by SFI that enable the affiliate to build consistently within ones own team. Duplication occurs only with cooperation within the team. So ease of communication is extremely valuable when you have the various segments of that team spread throughout the many nations of the world. Part of that communication system is the capability of language translation.

In the long run, I would say , the genealogy tool accomplishes more for the greatest number of people in the most diverse number of ways and is the glue that makes all the other tools functionable through communication.

"YOU" are the most important tool that SFI has for building a successful business.

SFI can provide all the training in the world but if YOU don't use it then it means nothing.

Well, this is really a difficult question.

I may not be able to answer you perfectly, but, I will try sharing from my view on SFI, as a tool.

I just can't afford to separate and evaluate each tools, in fact SFI itself is a complete tools, standalone strong by itself.

Take example: A motor vehicle consists of a body, engine, gear, fuel, battery and much much more complex tools hidden. I just can't separate one from another. They just needs each other and they also supports one another. Till the whole process becomes easy for all user or driver to forgot about its genuine built.

So, if SFI is your vehicle, to achieve a speed into a business success, we just need to know and learn our best way to manage and maintain our own vehicle, because the secret is, SFI is your business tool.

I would say based on my own experience, the Most important Tools:
1. For yourself : The Training tab, SFI Basics and Launchpad.
2. For Team Building : PSA's To Go, S-Builder Co-op. Marketing. COMMUNICATION and Support to your team.
3. For Relaxation and Fun : The TripleClicks Store - Eager Zebra Games and Pricebenders Auctions.
