People rely on their senses to make a lot of decisions - what they see, hear, feel, taste. You need to incorporate elements to s peak to their senses. I am sure you've seen magazines advertising perfume. They have a photo of the perfume (maybe a beautiful girl putting it on), the name stands out clearly and then there is a block that says - scratch here.
