Begin with one or two ways and learn those well, then go onto something else and continue developing your knowledge and skills. Make sure you build a team, you will want to sponsor a lot of PSA's. Don't give up if not all of them become EA or higher. Keep sponsoring people because only a percentage of them will end up working this business. So keep finding PSA's all the time. Then work with the workers. Email your entire team at least once a week, but when people show up in your Movers list, those are the people you want to work with closely and help them.
