I think the best way to make sure my affiliates know about and understand the value of the new milestone shares .
I will explainTo help affiliates understand the value of the Milestone Shares, I need to help them understand the reason for which SFI has decided to start the New Year with such great gift.

SFI started this Milestone share to help provide a significant and meaningful bonus--commensurate to the effort invested to earn the shares. Its such a great opportunity for all affiliates all over the world to earn upto twice there monthly income.

Earning the Milestone shares is as easy as earning our daily Versal Points because for every 10 personal VP you earn, you also earn up to 18 bonus shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool that will be paid to you upon reaching the milestones of SFI's five Team Leader ranks!...which are:

Bronze Team Leader (BTL)
Silver Team Leader (STL)
Gold Team Leader (GTL)
Platinum Team Leader (PTL)
Diamond Team Leader (DTL)

You will bank:

10 Milestone Shares per 10 VP if your rank is Affiliate or EA
12 Milestone Shares per 10 VP if your rank is BTL
14 Milestone Shares per 10 VP if your rank is STL
16 Milestone Shares per 10 VP if your rank is GTL
18 Milestone Shares per 10 VP if your rank is PTL

INCREASE IN MATCHING VERSAL POINT

There is now what I call DOUBLE-DOUBLE on all the Matching Varsapoint you earn as a Team Leader. Now when your affiliates and CSAs are all earning more Varsa point and reaching at least EA, due to the Milestone Shares incentive plan you earn double of the Matching VP. Therefore you need to explain how unlimited their income will be in the year 2016 and more.

.INCREASE IN MONTHLY INCOME

With the above it is glaring that their is truly no end to how much we can earn. Once we get the team running, and your affiliates continue to do the required action and also stick towards Team Leadership Level, then every members can see the hard work and diligence pays off, as they all receive greater incentives than previous years.
I believe with much understanding of the Sponsors, more emphasis can be made on how this programs will help build our teams, increase our incomes and display SFI as the best online business: Through the Weekly mails and Streams.
This will make every affiliate to make sure they login daily ,look for all the best way of having more points,

How to do this, is to:
1. Let them understand what the Milestone Shares is all about. You can refer them to their Alerts Page under the SFI NEWS. The essence of this is to take them to the source of the information where they also meet with the Frequent Questions and Answers which might ease a lot of stress of repeating the same thing to them.
Besides, they get to understand other events and interesting news at the SFI News Blog which can help them become more serious and to ask questions from you which will help foster communication between you and your team and better rapport.
This was what i did.
2. You tell them the benefits of what it hold for them when they become Team Leaders.
3. Tell them where it is located: They will see at their affiliate center, just below their picture and at their scoreboard, where their milestone shares is being turned into money.
This fosters and encourages more activites in your team and raises more team leaders for you.
4. Tell them the essence of building versapoints to increase their milestone shares, thus building up their business, the team and their income.
These are what i did when i shared the Milestone Shares with my team.
