I can say this much, to getting people to respond to your messages, you need to always think what you would want to read, so in other words send something that you like to read. Also send things you know what they like, this is easy cause seeing everyone likes talking about themselves, you can send out emails asking them how they been, what has there experience has been while working sfi program, get them to place challenge games and compete with each other.

There are many ways to get people to respond to your emails that you send out, keep in mind it is a very time sensitive matter, not everyone will respond.
