I had that situation already :)
Well, I start with tripleclicks site, what it has to offer, what am I doing there..I tell them I have my own store also and that I had very nice expiriences there with buyers and sellers..
Then I go explaining about auctions and great stuff I already won there..and finaly, I give them W3 card with my link..

Explain its on online marketplace that you use. Explain it's also a great way to earn a second income if they are interested.
Better still, give them a gift card and tell them to go and check it out for themselves.

If you have a wave3 sticker I think it's definitely worth having some gift cards in your car to hand out for just this reason!

I think that will be the best way to promote WAVE3 at the same time tripleclicks because you don't go to them to explain they have come to ask what they don't understand ...
so all you have the opportunities to explain 100% what WAVE3,SFI and Tripleclicks is and even more reach their level of understanding than to just see it on your car when driving

you must be able to give a simple good explanation to them to understand what it is
tell them how you get it
tell them you been getting free stuffs monthly for putting the banner on your car
and explain to them they can also get their own too.

You should be excited about the banner. Just hand them one of your business cards with and inform them it is free to sign up. Their curiosity will get them to log-in to the website. Once they start asking questions, refer them to the SFI website and get them enrolled. Once they are enrolled, send them some Tcredits to get them started.
