First of all, when you start a contest for your downline, you will attract some attention to you as a Team Leader. We all like to win prizes and when you as a Team Leader show that you are serious about SFI by willing to put some prizes on the table, which you fund of course, they will see that you are not afraid of spending some money for them, and thus, they may get inspired to spend some money to advance their SFI business too.

I have been running a monthly contest for my team since the first month I re-activated my SFI affiliate membership and my affiliates love me for it. The criteria I put to win a prize of 5 Tcredits is that they should become an EA by the end of the month.
